This was the perfect place to stay for 10 days with a small kitchenette and all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. My boyfriend and I stayed here and thought it was ideal for the location, proximity to a tram station and multiple little supermarkets like Lidl. We will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next visit!

Loved this property! Lots of room and very clean. Surrounding area was great too. Only issue: shower water pours into bathroom floor, so had to use extra towel to block water under shower door. Everything was wonderful!

Perfect for a short stay, close to public transport and only 16 minutes from Gamla Stan. I downloaded the app but the electronic key did not work unfortunately. I went straight to the "barception" as they call it and they checked me in. If you want to stay longer and properly cook in the apartment, there is not enough equipment in my opinion but as I said, for a short stay it was really good.

Great venue, quiet but close to everything

Really great apartment studios in a nice area of Stockholm. Area is quiet and peaceful, but only a 20 minute tram into the centre, which is perfect. Studios are well furnished, with a big double bed, kitchen area and separate bathroom with shower. The only thing that let our stay down was that there were no ironing boards or irons in the room. And you had to book a laundry slot, if you wanted to use them. Which is frustrating for people only staying a few nights, instead of long term. The breakfast was great, continental style with plenty of pastries, tea/coffee, and cold meats/cheese. There is a small snack selection too. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

I loved it here! It was nice to have a kitchen with everything you could need to cook. it is in a great location in a residential area - perfect if you want to escape the busyness of downtown to decompress- public transit is also so close and easy to navigate.

Excellent great value apartment. Close to excellent public transport links. Staff great and friendly. Fact it has a cafe and selks drinks a great plus. Everything well thought out and very comfortable. Great for any length of stay. Fact a little out of Cebtral Stockholm not an issue for us.

It was a very nice appart-hotel in a good area with great public transport. We could be in the town centre in 20 minutes by tram and t-bana. What seriously let it down was the bed ! It was very narrow for a double, the duvet was inadequate and the mattress very thin. Probably OK if you're a bit younger but not for a couple in their late 50s.

Fantastic location in the suburbs. Very close to Luma or Martensdal tram stops. Supermarket and cafe very close by. Would definitely stay here again Rainfall shower head could be warmer with more pressure but the handheld makes up for it.

Nice place, but not when it's warm

Very nice and modern decorated hotel. Targeting long stay and short stay customers. We visited this hotel for just two nights but it were warm days (28 degr). We had two rooms, one on the shadow side and one on the sun side. The difference was night and day. Neither of them were cool, but one was very warm. Just two small windows can be opened, and their is no real AC, just a climate control system that is not sufficient and quite noisy to be honest. Cleaning was not done very well, but just OK. Gym is really good for a hotel gym! Proximity to Gamlastan is excellent. Uber is often the cheapest option when traveling with 4 persons to the city. Parking in basement was OK and staff is friendly. Beds were way to soft for us, did not sleep that well.

Great property, feels new, lots of amenities. It’s very close to the tram which was helpful. My only complaint is the area doesn't have much. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment style room.

It was clean. Pillows were horrible. So small and went flat when you put your head on them. Personnel were very nice. Quilt too small. It was the exact width of the bed but when 2 people were under it it didn't cover both people.

Lovely stay

We liked our stay there. Everything was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was much bigger than we had thought and had very good amenities which was a big plus! The only negative we had was on the day that we were checking out. There was a door with a luggage picture on it so we thought that it was a stroage room for your bags. We asked at the chek out if we could leave our luggage there for the day and come collect it later (11.00-18.00). The staff member said that we can’t leave our bags because they have new clients coming in and that they might need the room for their bags. We only had three small carry ons that would for sure have fit there even if the room was a bit smaller. We then had to drag our luggage around town for the day. Other than that our stay was very good.

I stayed at Unity for 8 nights. I have stayed there 2 times before and have always had a great visit. This time the hospitality and staff communication was lacking. I asked the receptionist two times for a tv remote. (On two separate days) Which he never followed through with. I wasn’t scheduled for any cleaning service during my entire stay. I had to change my bedsheets and refill the toilet paper myself. On my last night the receptionist/manager took out my trash and attempted to replace the remote, but the TV was broken. She was very apologetic about the situation and brought me a breakfast tray for the next day. The morning of check out, two cleaning people came to my room, the first one I told her to come back after I checked out. Which is 11:00, it was about 10:15. Then not even 5 minutes later a male housekeeper came into my room while I was just getting out of the shower, to clean the room. I told him, I would be leaving at the check out time. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I think it’s a lack of communication and training.
