Nice hotel in a great location. City sights within easy walking distance and via public transport. Room was more than adequate for a 3 night stay although the shower did take a while to warm up. Room was well insulated so sent notice the road noise at night. Breakfast offering was varied and good choice for the rate.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was very nice and the location was walkable to the royal palace and the waterfront. I would stay there again.

Staff super friendly, seamless check in/ out, lication great, only 1/2 hr walk to Skansen area/museums & even less to old town (local transport options excellent too, we just chose to walk). Room clean, reasonable size, had everything you'd expect, hairdryer tripped electrics but it was resolved before we'd returned from breakfast. Speaking of which, that was also excellent, food was topped up constantly & there was a large variety from numerous breads, cheeses, meats, veggies, hot buffet, waffles (some days) fruit, cereal, yogurts Very happy with our stay

Staff were friendly and polite. Slight issue with there being only one lift to serve 7 floors. I noticed that it was the preferred hotel for Air China. Airlines want their staff to have a clean, quite comfortable stay between flights. I really was happy that the bookshop Ronnells Antique books was opposite - as they were a venue for the Stockholm Jazz festival. the No. 2 local bus takes you to most of the tourist sites - very useful.

The use of the adjacent Chinese restaurant room for breakfast provided plenty of space and the buffet was well laid out and kept replenished by the staff. Our bedroom was clean and kept nice for us. We had tea and coffee available in the room which was quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Stockholm. Easy walk to the Old town, museums and the water front to catch cruises as well as to Central Station. Breakfast has a great selection too

Great hotel for the solo traveller

Very good hotel, usually a single room is poor location and quality, not here all good and clean and warm, breakfast was great too. I would recommend it for a budget city break. They had a card so you could suggest improvements; I didn't need it!

Superb Sweden

Just a 15 minute walk from Stockholm central station. A beautiful hotel on the edge of the park. From the moment the extra friendly staff checked me in early, disrcibed every thing. A single person room big enough to be a double.Very clean with all amenities. Just 1.5 miles from all the museums but all busses are around Fantastic breakfast with all culinary choices available I rate the crystal Plaza higher than the scores given

The rooms are clean and well kept, there is an elevator that is easy to use and the staff cleans the rooms every day. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, but it wasn't terrible and the coffee was good. The Sauna is impossible to use (no dials or buttons in visible areas) and is in a moderately creepy basement and the people at the front desk did not all understand english so it was at times difficult to communicate issues.

Wonderful but a bit noisy

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms were very clean and more spacious than expected! Bathroom was efficient with good water pressure and temp. The location is terrific and so close to Metro station and easily walkable to city center sights. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast offerings were fine! The only reason for 4 stars is the street noise level. It is located on a Main Street leading into center and especially on Friday and Saturday nights there was so much street racing and car engine and honking until 2 or 3 am. Just be aware of that. Otherwise great experience!

Such a beautiful spot located near a lot of tourist/sightseeing areas within walking distance (though I like to walk a lot and far so I may be biased.) Lots of shops and dining areas super close by (definitely walking distance!) and tons of pretty buildings to look at along the way. The building itself is beautiful. Nice wooden doors, tile entryway, and carpeted hallways to ensure no one wakes up to wheels rattling down the hallway or footsteps clacking against the floor. My room was a standard single room. Though small, I found it the perfect size for just myself. There was a small closet, a little side table and chair, as well as a kettle with coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. I found the bed to be a good size for me and quite comfortable. The pillow was my favourite! Nice and fluffy! The bathroom is quite small. I'm 5"1 but still banged my elbows off of things (though that's not saying much as I am accident prone hehe). Still, it was very nice and clean. I was given plenty enough toilet paper for my stay and had the option of going green and opting out of having my room cleaned everyday which I loved! Breakfast at Ming's was great! Lots of options (more so the earlier you go) and lots of seating. The staff at the hotel are hands down the kindest and most helpful people. They always greeted me coming and going and answered any questions I had. They also humoured my poor Swedish the odd time I was brave enough to use it haha! Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend :)
