スティーブンデール ホテル

「フロントの人は親切な対応だった。」

「Most everything was fine, clean, and up-to-date with plenty of electrical outlets, etc. I have to say something about the shower in the bathroom, however. Its shape was a narrow rectangle with the showerhead on the long side so that you could not back away from it. It sprayed against a flimsy cloth curtain that was creepy to back up against. There was nothing on the floor opposite showerhead to prevent water from spilling out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. And the floor of the shower area...

「Shower head needs to be replaced.」

「It was okay」

「First time ever meeting the owner of the property. The owner was extremely nice, polite and very courteous. He took the time to show me exactly where the room was located and let me know if I needed anything he’s always available. The room was great. Very clean, provided everything for a comfortable stay. I checked out around 3:45 in the morning and the owner was up and about making rounds. Very nice man and will definitely book next time I’m in town.」

「The room smelled like mold, there were many bug and it took forever to get towels. The food smelled odd. The clerk said, she would note down that we saw bugs」

「Open」

「Extremely overpriced」

「一定レベルでの清潔さはあるものの、きれいとまでは言えない。全体的に建物、室内設備などの老朽化は否めない。室内のエアコン設備や水回り、家具などは古く、同レベルの周辺ホテルとの差があるように感じる。」

「Friendly Staff, Nice Hotel」

「Rooms are muggy, bed linen may as well be crocodile hide, shower head pretty gunky. Not the absolute worst hotel, but pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.」

「It’s old and dated but it was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Definitely a good deal if you just looking for a place to lay your head at night.」

「We arrived late and the staff got us right in the room and we had room service. The pizza was wonderful. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet.」
