Rooms have laminate floors so no nasty carpet to deal with. Rooms were basically clean (I’m very OCD unfortunately). The staff is very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns

Elevators did not work, luckily able to get room on 1st floor so didn’t lose my stay. Breakfast was out of eggs and waffle batter by 7am. Potatoes were weird as they were kept warm in crockpot-I know that is nitpicking. No butter for toast, only OB and cream cheese-oddly no bagels. Staff was great ...

The home was warm and welcoming - perfect for our stay. It was also clean, easy to access, and the host was prompt in communicating when we had questions about things to do in the area. We'll definitely return when we are back in the area.
