Stelvio Pass

Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some minor issues. We expected more from a four-star hotel, perhaps because we’re not familiar with Italian hotel practices. For example, they only provided body wash, so we had to buy our own shampoo. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a chilly room. Still water is only available on the ground floor. While they made our beds every day, they didn’t change the bed linens, which wasn’t a problem for us since we usually take a bath before bed. However, if you prefer daily bed linens, this might be an issue.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The stove and cooking equipment were very useful and convenient, especially for preparing meals during our stay. The breakfast was not bad, but it could use a little more variety. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
