This boutique-style property features four contemporary holiday apartments that blend luxurious amenities and everyday comforts with traditional Austrian charm.

The Lechtal Valley is world-renowned for its natural beauty and majestic landscape. The region is framed by the 'Lechtal' and 'Allgäu Alps' mountain ranges, known for their imposing peaks, deep valleys, lush greenery, and crystal-clear mountain lakes.

Residenz am Lech is located at the end of the Lechtal in Tirol, near the exclusive Arlberg Ski Resort of Warth, Lech, Sankt Anton and Zürs. We are offering a retreat that exceeds the highest of expectations. In summer, it is a place for both relaxation and adventure; in winter, it is Europe’s snowiest ski area with 11 metres of snow per season.

This first-floor apartment welcomes up to 6 sleeping guests, with the option to rent an additional bedroom that sleeps 2, perfect for families and larger groups. It underwent renovation in 2024 and features a new kitchen, bathroom, and furniture, blending luxury with the region's rural charm. The beautiful interior seamlessly complements the classic Austrian mountain exterior with a luxurious, high-end finish.

Walk inside and find typical Austrian wood floors and wood finishes on the walls throughout the apartment. The brand-new kitchen offers generous space and appliances, including an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. After working your magic in the kitchen, sit around the large dining table for an intimate dinner with your inner circle, or dine outdoors on the beautiful terrace during summer. This terrace also features a lounge area that provides the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

After dinner, head inside to the cozy Austrian 'Stube,' a traditional wood-finished living room featuring an Austrian masonry heater and a fireplace. Light a fire, have a seat on the plush couch, enjoy each other's company, watch TV, or plan tomorrow's adventures.

As the evening winds down and it’s time for a restful night of sleep, retreat to one of the three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom provides generous storage, plush beds, sinks, and smart TVs. The apartment also includes a newly renovated bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, including complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

In the morning, enjoy breakfast and head out on the front balcony. Sip your coffee while overlooking the valley and the river Lech, and watch the region come to life—a new day in paradise awaits.
