Welcome to Haus Adelheid,

We rent out a newly renovated vacation bungalow in the Ferchesarer See recreational area. Ferchesar and the surrounding area are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, anglers, and those seeking peace and quiet. It is the only lake in the area connected to the Havel River, a feature particularly appreciated by anglers.

Surrounded by forests and lakes, you can now book your stay with us for the period from 01.04.2025 to 10.10.2025 by phone or email.

The village features a restaurant, an ice cream parlor, a soccer field, and several swimming spots. The lake is about 90 meters away and separated from the bungalow only by a flight of stairs.

Shopping is available at the nearby small market, about a 5-minute bike ride away. There you can also purchase fishing licenses for non-predatory and predatory fish.

Bookings are available for stays of 3 nights or more; the price includes 2 people and all operating costs except electricity (billed based on usage) and firewood. Towels and bed linens are included.

One-time final cleaning fee: 50€

From 09.07.2026 - 22.08.2026, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking, and a €100 security deposit is due upon key pickup on site.
