"Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were checking out immediately and would not be staying for the rest of our reservation. Our refund request is still pending feedback from the “local team,” who is completely unresponsive as far as we can tell. Be wary of staying at this property."
