"Right from stepping off the ferry Andreas was there with a great welcome although I was early for booking in it was no problem, in his car and I think a couple of corners I was there Everything about the room was explained in detail obviously a man of many languages, I had a great time and would be more than happy to recommend such a great host a lovely place , nothing is any trouble for Andreas . "The staff were always positive and helpful, when we needed to change a room, they understood and it was not a problem. When due to circumstances beyond our control we had to stay an extra night, they could not be more helpful. Great service out on the terrace with complimentary fruit. The breakfast was very good. A special mention to Marco , the general manager for a great stay, we will come back. "

"Checked in across the road at suster hitel and good welcome with refreshing drink provided. We were provided with one room key which also operated power in the room. Three single beds were comfortable and hand held shower was fine. Air-conditioning was extra €9 per night but wasnt so warm that we needed it. Servicing of room only consisted of pulling up sheet on bed. Coffe and tea was not replenished nor were towels changed or bathroom bin emptied. One day, we arrived back later in the day after the cleaner had been and the patio door was left unlocked and ajar, which quite frankly, was unacceptable. "
