「Check in was easy. I had to sign a paper to acknowledge that I'd have to pay for any damage my service dog caused. The hotel also puts a $50 incidental charge on your credit card for any purchases made during your stay. As we got off on the 3rd floor, we noticed that there was no air conditioning. The first room the front desk person put us in had no AC, and one of the key cards didn't work. When I went down to the desk the woman sighed heavily when I told her I needed a different room.
