After four unforgettable days at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel, I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned what would have been a great stay into an exceptional one. It’s rare to find a team where everyone consistently delivers such outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Tiara at the bar, who truly stood out during my stay. Beyond crafting fantastic drinks, she created such a warm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere that every visit to the bar became a highlight of the trip. Her friendliness, energy, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautiful, vibrant, and full of character, but it’s the people who truly make this place special. Every interaction—whether at the front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant, the bar, or with anyone else on the team—was met with kindness, smiles, and a sincere willingness to help. Thank you to the entire FOUND:RE family for making my time in Phoenix so memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better four days, and I already can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines incredible service, a unique atmosphere, outstanding food and drinks, and genuinely amazing people, this is the place.
