「I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous....

「For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There's also no water to the fridge...

「This was the perfect place for a big group. We had 4 kids that played the ultimate game of hide and seek in the main house. We wished the water had been higher to the dock like the picture. But it was high enough to swim a little farther to the right. The guest house was great for all the older parents. 」

「This home is wonderful! It is set up for groups. Each room has its own bath and there is privacy if needed. The kitchen is great and the property is amazing! You can be out in the backyard or go down to the river. There is plenty of seating anywhere you go! The management was also very helpful.
