Nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Red River Gorge Area

Nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Red River Gorge area. Restful River cabin, formerly known as "Cozy Corner", sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, TV (DVD player only). There is a nice-size deck outside with outdoor furniture and a hammock and a communal fire pit across the road. Restful River sits near Sleepy Bear and Campfire Cabin. Cell service can be spotty in the area. No Wi-Fi.

4-wheel or all-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter.

Pets are allowed, with an additional fee. Limit 2.

No Smoking, inside property! It is allowed outside.

Lovely spot in the woods
This was a great place to visit. It’s remote, but not TOO remote and provided easy access to Red River Gorge and the Natural Bridge.

Getaway with Friends in Kentucky
The cabin was simple and suited our needs as a home base for a climbing adventure in the Red River Gorge. Check-in process was easy and the after hours option was great for driving in out of town. No Wifi, which wasn't a problem for us. The directions to get to the cabin provided by the property management company were not quite accurate so it was hard to find the property initially. Only other thing to note was that there were a few dirty towels left by the sink when we got to the cabin.

Beautiful setting across from the Red River. Large area for children to play outside
The cabin was clean enough except for the linens that smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a problem with check-in due to not receiving an entry code from VRBO. With no cell service, we had to drive to find reception to call the Scenic Cabin rentals for our code. Fortunately, we arrived during daylight hours.
