When I entered in a room allocated, many items in the room were broken or missing. The door of a closet was broken. A window shade was always half-closed and could not be moved which made a room very dark even in the daytime. One of the bed lights did not work. There was no shower curtain which caused a bathroom entirely soaked every time the shower was used. I asked a managing company to fix and prepare these items immediately or to provide another solution. The company answered that it had reported the issues to their technician so that they could be checked and addressed as soon as possible. But nothing happened. I asked the company again but no response. In addition, the handle of a pot in the mini kitchen was missing and the curtains of the windows were very dusty.

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.
