Welcome to the Sea Turtle Cottage! The quaint home is one of three cottages situated on one property known as The Compound. Located 2 blocks and a short 1500' from the scenic beaches of St. Simons Island and steps to restaurants and shopping, the Sea Turtle Cottage is a 3 bedroom / 2-1/2 bathroom home that features a renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. This cottage offers dining space in the eat in kitchen area (seating for four), on the screened porch (seating for four) and on the outdoor patio (seating for 6). The expansive screened porch of the Sea Turtle Cottage with wonderful views of The Compound property gives it's guests plenty of space to dine and relax. The brick paver patio has a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

The Master Bedroom has it's own en suite master bathroom and a HD TV. The two Guest Bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, each with it's own HD TV. All TV's are equipped with Hulu Live in place of traditional cable.

The Sea Turtle Cottage shares access to the on-property 800 (40'x20') square foot swimming pool, regulation size sand volleyball court, 8 pin putting green and children's playground swing and slide set. These amenities are shared amenities with the other two cottages on The Compound property.

This beautiful home is one of the three cottages situated on one property known as The Compound. Looking for more space, rent this home along with the Seaglass Cottage to fit your groups needs. This home can be rented individually or with a combination of all three cottages (Seaglass Cottage, Sea Turtle Cottage and Mermaid Cottage). Great location Clean house Awesome “compound” with huge yard and pool close to beach Only recommendation is that need bowls cookie sheet pans and other items for the kitchen Can opener Mattresses need replacing really badly Would suggest bringing a foam pad if they aren’t replaced Overall we loved it a lot and will be booking again

Great perfect for families with children!

Doors all squeak really bad inside the house. Mattress in the master is either old or just uncomfortable. Brick on back porch step is loose too and hose doesn’t work very well. Other than that everything was great!
