Great family vacation
We all had an amazing time in the pool, walking to the beach, eating sometimes in restaurants just down the block. The kids also enjoyed fishing off the pier by the lighthouse and a strip of great little gift shops. We were sad to leave. St. Simon’s is a quaint lovely little island.

Family reunion
We had 16 adults and 2 children with us at the Compound. It accommodated us all very nicely and the pool, volleyball court and screened porches were great. Unfortunately we were there as Hurricane Debby came thru so that limited our outdoor activity for 3 days.

Old Friends Get Together
We had 15 guys that graduated college together, and hadn't been together in many years, converge on the compound. It was exactly what we were looking for. Great location close to restaurants, clean and well stocked houses, great pool area, plenty of space, easy walk to the beach, etc. We had a great time and appreciated the hospitality shown by the management company. It would be a great spot for a family gathering with kids. Highly recommend.

Great Place for Family Reunion
The 3 house compound was perfect for our family reunion. The houses were very clean with plenty of space. Plenty of parking space. The only issue which was minor was there was only 1 set of keys for each house. We had no other complaints. The property was very close to King and Prince for our wedding. The property was also close to several restaurants and downtown St. Simons Island.

Perfect for Large Group
The 3 houses we were able to occupy were absolutely perfect for our large group. Everyone was able to hang out together and also have enough space to spread out for some down time. The Pool was also fantastic. We had a great time!

Family reunion
This was a fantastic property/compound for a family reunion. We had 20 family members in-the three different homes. Everyone had space to themselves and space to come together. Each home was very clean and had the necessary equipment needed for a comfortable stay! The pool was the absolute best! St Simon has such a quaint and friendly atmosphere. Bring your bikes because everything you need is within walking or bike riding distance.
There were a few things in the home that need some TLC but over all it was perfect for our family reunion!

I have always loved staying until now.
Although we enjoyed our stay. We were not pleased with the beds. They were well past the time to replace. One of the master bedrooms was not able to sleep because of broken bed. Also the bathroom was not usable. No hot water in shower. No water bathroom sink. Toilet not flushing. The HVAC in main house could use work. No heat in common areas and so hot in bedrooms you couldn't stay.

Wonderful property and Service!
The compound was perfect for our needs. My friends and I brought our young nieces to have summer fun. Excellent property for a large group! Beautiful cottages and landscapes.
Hidden jewel behind Fiddlers, Crawdaddys and the Crab Trap! Loved that it was in-between the two beach accesses and the Village.
The pool was well maintained and nicely placed between the three cottages.
Management of the Property was awesome! I will definitely use this property again!

Great set up for our family reunion!
All 21 of us took over the compound and could not have been happier! The set up is perfect and the pool even more perfect! Our ages ranged from 78 to 6 and everything in between. Everyone was comfortable and content. Beach is close and lovely. Overall great location and great set up!

Trip of a lifetime
To who it may concern,
We have been blessed to take many underserved students on trips in the past. This year, we found a place that could hold everyone with plenty of space. This property lived up to its name plus much more. From playing outdoor sports such as mini golf and volleyball to swimming, this place allowed our students to enjoy this unique opportunity.
The cottages were clean. It is very easily accessible to the beach and to local food establishments, and offers amenities that can accompany any family vacation.
This place deserves 5 stars plus more. Thank you for providing a dream vacation and so much more for our youth group. The kids loved every moment in this place and you all have forever ingrained yourselves in their heart.

The on line pictures don’t lie!
This place was perfect for our big family, and the pictures don’t lie, the cottages are adorable and well equipped. The rooms and the property was well kept. Great location for walking to the beach and down to the adorable village and lighthouse. We rented golf carts and bicycles to explore the island even more. It was a fantastic place to spend our family Thanksgiving holiday.

The property was great. Just what we need for our large family group
We are an extended family that has grown over the years and needed a facility that could accommodate 10 adults and 10 children. The Compound was great. Each family had their own bedroom and the children hand theirs. Each home was very nice. Enjoyed the large pool where we played every day. We tended to gather in the larger house in the evenings for meals or cocktails. Just loved the property. Many thanks.
