Summary:

Location and space are focal points at this home! Unwind under the live oaks and Spanish moss at this cozy, single-story brick home tucked on a quiet, tree-shaded lot on the south end of St. Simons Island. With a bright, coastal-cottage interior and a private backyard built for slow mornings and easy evenings, it's an ideal home base for couples, families, or small groups exploring the island. Pets are welcome!



The Space:

Step through the mudroom entry into a home that blends classic island charm with comfortable, updated living. The wood-paneled dining room seats six around an oval table beneath a vintage-style chandelier, and flows into an eat-in kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher, microwave), a Keurig, and a built-in desk nook by the back door.



The sunlit living area/sunroom is the heart of the house, with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning brick fireplace, built-in shelving, and walls of windows overlooking the backyard — plus a comfy sectional for movie nights or morning coffee.



Bedrooms:



Primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo

Guest bedroom with a queen bed and coastal decor

Guest bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests



A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the guest bedrooms.



Real hardwood floors run throughout the main living spaces, with tile in the bathrooms



Please note:



Up to 2 dogs are welcome and must be under 60lbs each. There are some breed and size restrictions so please contact us before booking to inquire.



FLETC TDY welcome.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



The home does have some extra parking space so if you plan to bring a trailer or boat please just let us know the size so we can ensure it will fit.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, the fenced backyard, patio, and gazebo, plus carport parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the south end of St. Simons Island, you'll be close to the island's beaches, shops, and restaurants, surrounded by the moss-draped oaks that give St. Simons its signature Lowcountry feel.



Distances from the home (232 Tennessee Ave):



Beach (Coast Guard Station – Public Beach Access #27): 1.7 miles — about a 6-minute drive.

Redfern Village (shops & restaurants): 0.6 miles — about a 3-4 minute drive or 10-minute walk

Pier Village / Neptune Park: 2.6 miles — about a 7-minute drive or 45 minute walk



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 nights or more, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be collected after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days before check-in, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
