This is our 2nd time at this house so that tells you how much we love it. The location is perfect. EASY walk to the shops and restaurants and extremely comfortable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space is used so well. Decor 10/10 There is nothing we needed that wasn’t there for us. Clean and beautiful. So quiet in the house too. You don’t hear any street noise. The little detached 1/1 is perfect for an older child or even a mother in law or friend. Love this place! Cannot say enough about it!

Charming Bungalow in the Village

We love this place!!!

Great Little Place with Terrific Location

We loved our stay in Saint Simons, and this little house was one of many reasons why. It was perfect for my wife and I in the main house, and the little cabin in the back was great for my boys (10 and 12) too. They often said things like, “Hey dad, after dinner, do you wanna come over to our place?” The addition out back gave the boys a little bit of freedom, but they were also a quick few steps away for a check in. The main house itself is beautiful and well designed. So many convenient little additions in the design (built in and dimmable reading lights in the master bedroom were great). The bed was also very comfortable, and we spent lots of time in the screened in back porch. And then there’s the location. It’s prime. Everything downtown is an easy walk away. We’d walk to dinner, to get ice cream, or just to look at the beautiful houses and live oaks. Thanks for making this a memorable and easy stay for us, and we hope to make it back soon!

Adorable cottage near everything

This little house is even cuter than it looks online. It is a wonderful screened in back porch and a patio with a fountain - so relaxing! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as at least 10 restaurants. Loved it!

Charming Cottage...Perfect Location!

We have spent 30 Memorial Day Weekends at St Simon's and this is the first time we did not stay on the water or at the Cloister. I was prepared to be disappointed. We found this place absolutely wonderful! The cottage was very clean and well furnished. They provided everything we needed and were excellent communicators. The little guest house out back was perfect for our adult son visiting (except do not expect Wifi out there). The courtyard was a perfect place to gather and the screened-in back porch was a dream. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch to people watch. The best part was the proximity to the village stores and restaurants. We never got back in our car. I highly recommend this villa!

Spring Break vacation

The home was really wonderful. Anything you might want to cook with was there and for a compact space the home was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved the screened porch and the master suite.

Adorable cottage, almost perfect

Property is super cute with beautiful landscaping. You can tell it was a quality renovation. Area is great—easy walk to pier/lighthouse/restaurants. The only room for improvement: 1) mattress in main bedroom sags, 2) though house was very clean in general, grout in bathroom needs to be scrubbed and kitchen utensil and cooking items could be culled and cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great rental and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful St Simon Island Cottage

This is a charming, lovely house that has recently been meticulously restored located in the heart of St Simons. All appliances are top rate as is the quality of the materials used in the remodel. House is located within easy walking distance of "downtown" St Simons with its abundant restaurants and shops, none of which we visited due to Covid. We did thoroughly explore (on foot) the waterfront and local beaches as well as a gorgeous park filled with ancient live oaks draped with Spanish moss just a block from the house. I thought the location of the house on a main street might be noisy, but its really not, and the front porch is perfect for people watching. People walking by actually commented on how beautiful the house is as we sat on the front porch! Minor quibbles: kitchen floor seemed like it could have used an additional good mopping. Front and rear porches were outfitted with comfy chairs bedecked with fashionable, attractive cushions. But seaside Georgia in the summertime is rough on cushions kept outdoors and mildew was creeping into cushions, better to just leave chairs uncovered! We would definitely rent this cottage again!

Summer vacation

We loved our stay at this sweet little Cottage. Close to the pier village. We rented a golf cart to drive around. Bed was comfortable, dohm sound machine was a lifesaver. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Loved having a washer and dryer. Found it to be clean, but the floors were making our feet black. Needed a good mopping. Other than that it was perfect.
