About this property

Charming Bungalow suite in Peaceful Sea Palms

  • King Size memory foam bed, 50” Roku TV. Surrounded by Oaks and Spanish Moss. Sea Palms area.

    No Pet fee. Reasonable cleaning fee.

    Private entrance.

    Early check in available whenever possible. (usually possible) Check out is 10am (so I can offer early check in:)

    Bed quilt and shams are washed after every guest.

    Shibumi (Shade cover for beach, very popular here and lightweight, easy to put up) in room for borrowing on beach day.

    Large bedroom and small office with set up for personal laptop.

    Private Entrance. This is one half of a duplex home but there is no shared space, only a common wall with a door that is locked from the guest side.

    The Sea Palms Country Club is a 5 minute walk away and they have a restaurant open to the public called Sago. They have live music on the patio every Friday but you need to make reservations. I highly recommend it. Benny's Red Barn has live cover bands most Fridays and Saturdays and is very fun and .7 miles away.

Felt at home. Very comfortable. Dog friendly, even though they barked a little, owner was very friendly (and tolerant.) She was very helpful with local dining.

Located in a great neighborhood and a short drive to restaurants and beach The bed was so comfortable and AC worked well. The owner was very nice and communicated promptly and very helpful. The place has some obvious signs of water damage and could use some touch ups in bathroom area.

Anniversary Getaway

Quick weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Our host was great with recommending food and other events in the area. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have some small amenities from home. Will definitely think about this if we’re in the area again.

Long weekend at St Simons…first trip here

Perfect base camp for a few days for my wife and I plus our small dog that travels with us. Very convenient place to stay and explore the area. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby and a quiet and cozy cottage to crash and chill in afterwards. Highly recommend. Thanks for letting us share your little world😎👍

The stay was very serene. Nestled in the island is a very charming neighborhood rich with history. Everything is just a bike ride away. Golf, Oceanview, dolphin rides, fishing charters, and more await you on your next adventure.

St. Simon’s stay

The cottage was a little difficult to find just from winding roads in the area. Very charming and quiet area to stay in. Central located to Jekyll island and the surrounding islands. The cottage does not include the use of facilities at the Sea Palm Resort. Overall the cottage was a great place to stay and would stay again.

Perfect stay for a long weekend

Michele was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed! The bungalow had everything we needed to spend a long weekend away. The bonus room was a nice additional space that was useful for luggage. There is a door that connects to the owners side (that is locked from the guest side) however we had no issues and could not hear anything on the other side of the door. We would definitely stay here again!

St. Simon's Bungalow

The property was located in a quiet older neighborhood in a golf community. The host, Michelle, greeted us upon our arrival and opened the door for us. The bungalow was cozy and had a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner ... neither the tub nor the toilet appeared to have been cleaned. There was some black mold on the bathroom wall and in the archway leading into the bedroom which aggravated our allergies.

This Charming Bungalow was perfect for our stay. Perfectly located near everything we wanted to do. Super clean, Comfortable and cozy. This was our First Trip to st simons island and My wife and I loved it. Wont be our last trip here. And hope we can stay here again. Thanks so much for a great place and cant wait to get back again.
