The condo features tile flooring throughout and a walk out patio with a fan where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with all of the standard appliances as well as a full size washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room includes a Smart TV with access to YouTubeTV. Both bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower, and the spacious master bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with a rain head and a handheld. Wifi is included.

The unit is nestled in the back of the desirable Ocean Walk complex - a 16 acre, beautifully-landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on-site include two pools (one of which is heated), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access. Just under a mile walk or bike will have you enjoying the St. Simons Island village, pier, shops, restaurants, beach, and oceanfront Neptune Park in no time! If walking isn't your style, rent a golf cart from one of the local rental shops to zip around town during your stay.
