Imagine waking up in the morning to the sights and sounds of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Imagine dining on a private balcony while watching the sunset over shrimp boats at sea. Imagine no more, make dreams a reality at 1112 Ocean Breeze, offered by Hodnett Cooper. The beach is only fifty yards from the back door.

This beautifully decorated multi-level townhome offers spectacular ocean views from the living room and master suite.

The master suite, located upstairs, offers a king size bed with a private bathroom and French doors that open onto an oceanfront balcony. The guest suite, also located on the second floor, offers a king size bed and its own private bathroom.

The well-equipped modern kitchen, located on the first floor, features tile counters, and a small serving bar. Also located on the first floor are the third bedroom, with a two twin beds, and half bath.
*Please note this property does not allow pets.

Really nice townhouse with lots of room

Right on the beach except for a large grass area suitable for games. AC worked well even at 98 degrees. Full kitchen is roomy with high end appliances. Good WIFI/internet. Great parking spot large enough for two cars end to end. Large TV downstairs and another upstairs in the Master Bedroom, but no access on the TVs to Netflix or other internet on-demand programing - back to the 20th Century! A toilett upstairs did not operate properly - hard to flush. The lights flickered everytime the AC or refrigerator started up, which made me nervous.

Lovely island visit

Really enjoyed the property and amenities. Loved being so close to the beach for long daily walks and lovely views. St. Simon's Island is a beautiful destination esp for older adults seeking a quiet native environment. Hope the master bath shower door got fixed so there is no surprise puddle on the floor for future guests.

Super clean!

I was extremely pleased with this home. Not only was the location perfect; it was so clean! Everything was modern and bright. Just steps to the sand and a quick drive to great food. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful beach place

Location, location, location

Absolutely the best location and the best management company - instant help with a dishwasher. The interior of the property needs help to stay at this price point. The property was dirty (obviously had had dogs the prior week), had an outside broken table (rusted through leg), and a bedroom night table that literally fell apart. The property just needs some attention, paint, and some updates. With those, it would definitely be 5 stars as the location is superior.

Location was great with ocean views that were amazing. Plenty of room. Property manager responded quickly when called with clogged drain in bathtub. Close to restaurants, shopping. Really enjoyed staying at property. Recommend coming to St. Simon's island. Will definitely come again.
