Very old and run down. They had blankets with holes in them on the beds. The shower head was rusty and their cable was limited. Never will stay there again. Definitely not worth what I paid.

I paid for smoking room and they said they never offer such. The table in the room was broken and they try to put it on me. In the pictures everything looks nice when it’s really not at all. I couldn’t get my money back after paying for it. The shower was messed up and overall it was just dirty there, very uncomfortable

Hotel was run down & dirty. We had stains on the couch & comforters. Carpets were dirty food crumbs near the base of the bed.

The place was so dated. I stayed and the cable went out while I was there. I needed toilet paper and had to go buy some because the owners were out of town and the gentleman did not have access to it. Wanted extra pillows and the same guy offered to give me his (during Covid-19). I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

The rooms smelled, they added charges after a reserved at a set price. I don't recommend this place.

Wouldn’t stay there again
First the room we reserved is not the room that we got. Second the room we did get was a non smoking room that smelled really bad like smoke. When we finally did get a room the bathroom door knob is falling off. The beds were uncomfortable

If you’re absolutely dead broke, consider this
The front desk person was so nice! We got there very late and she was welcoming and ready to check us in. The next day when housecleaning came they never touched our beds, left the tub dirty (from the backed up water), and they took a can of Pringles (yes, I’m serious). They did leave clean towels and took the trash.

I literally saw two crack heads the same ones on the property. I also believed I saw a drug deal go down. I ended up staying on base with my daughter in law because I felt uneasy around this couple. The woman had no teeth and both had bumps on their face and skinny. I did not want to chance being robbed. The air conditioner was so loud and the room looked old needs to be remodeled

Wonderful experience.
I can't say enough good about the service and attention we received during our stay. We had a group in town for my great nephew's graduation from basic training which required us to have 3 rooms. My husband and I were arriving a day ahead of what we planned and with a phone call they graciously added a day to the beginning for one room. When my sister arrived they were able to make some adjustments for her to have a ground floor room as she was having trouble with her knee. The graduation was not going to be completed before check out time and they allowed us to keep one room for a late checkout and we moved everything to that room as we needed the car space. Anything we requested they accommodated with a smile. Also, as we were getting ready to drive out she came running over. One of my great nephews had left his wallet in the room we had already moved out of. Wonderful experience and wonderful people.

I wasn’t impressed at all. The whole property could use renovations. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes and stagnant water. The guest computers were both out of order. The AC/heater has no temperature control. Everything but the fridge and microwave was extremely old and in desperate need of updating. The towels didn’t even smell fresh.
