Lovely stay in village of Maillane

The property was lovely and spacious. The quaint pool was a nice respite from the Summer heat.

Fast perfekt

Das zum Teil sehr schön renovierte Stadthäuschen hat leider nicht durchgehend das versprochen, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Die sehr schöne Renovierungsideen in den Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und im Wohnbereich sind in der Küche leider nicht umgesetzt worden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war auch leider etwas zusammengewürfelt und nicht wirklich vollständig. Das lag sicherlich daran, dass wir die ersten Mieter des Jahres waren. Das Städtchen ist sehr ruhig, uns war es allerdings etwas zu ruhig.

Excellent home for discovery of Avignon and surroundings

The photos do not do the house justice. It was Soo much better than expected. The house is excellent placed for trips to nearby towns like Avignon and Arles and activities like canoeing.

Perfect in every way

The house was incredible -- beautiful with every convenience -- and Catherine the property manager went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. We cannot thank her enough for making our stay so memorable.

Comfort in Maillane

This large home right in small Maillane was recently rebuilt/remodeled to a nice standard. It includes 4 large bedrooms on the upper two levels and 3 full baths including one on the main level. The pool is a small refreshing must in hot weather. Beds are reasonably comfortable and the kitchen/ cuisine has most all you need. A large Intermarche is 12 minutes away for all your needs. Maillane has just a couple places to eat but nearby towns including St Remy offer many choices. Most require reservations during the summer season.

Amazing girls summer week

The house in Maillane is truly wonderful! The communication with Catherine was so easy and she greeted us as we arrived. The house (especially the pool and outdoor area) is really nice and me and 9 friends (girls) enjoyed our week there. Maillane itself is also very beautiful and the location is good because we were able to drive to various places (Arles, Avignon, Uzes, the sea, etc; you need a car to travel!) I would definitely recommend this house for families and also friends who want a week to relax and see the beautiful sides of France! :))

Peaceful house in a perfect location

We rally enjoyed our visit to Mailane. It's a fantastic village with all you need in walking distance. There are places to eat nearby with fantastic food on offer. And during the day, the house is so peaceful, just the sounds of the birds. A perfect place for a restful getaway. Catherine, the lovely owner, is close by and very helpful.

Wonderful, charming, well maintained property.

We were a group of 7, five women and two young men and we found the property to be perfect for our visit. The bedrooms are spacious and the 3 full baths accommodated us very well. We found the property very well maintained, charming and appealing. The decor is soft french country which we particularly liked. We utilized the whole property including the pool on a daily basis. Catherine was a joy. We needed extra wine glasses, voila, they were delivered promptly. We tripped a breaker and someone was there within an hour to fix it! The location is in a small town very centrally located to numerous frequently visited historic villages such as Avignon, Aix, St. Remy, Les Baux de Provence, Gordes, Isle Sur La Sorgue and many others. The villa is off the beaten path in a quiet area. We dined at 2 of the local restaurants within walking distance, one of which is Michelen rated, and we enjoyed them both. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance to a boulangerie, small market, post office and other local shops. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return! Maison etouffante sans veritable espace exterieur, minuscule piscine dans un village fantome.

Maison immense dont l espace exterieur est limite a une coure en pierre sur chauffee entre 2 murs et un portail. Pas d ombre. Impossible de nager dans la piscine trop petite. La maison est mitoyenne et n apporte aucune intimite. Nous sommes partis apres 2 jours vu que la maison ne correspondait pas du tout a nos attentes. Impossible de passer la journee dehors ou a la piscine. Tres belle maison pour Noel mais pas au mois d aout et pas si vous ne desirez pas etre entoures de voisins dans un village sans charme le seul restaurant n a pas encore compris la signification du mot acceuil. Nous avons fait part de notre deception a la proprietaire qui n a pas accepte le fait que la maison proposee ne correspond pas a l idee que l on peut s en faire sur les photos. Nous sommes partis passer nos vacances ailleurs et avons perdu une sommes importante pour ne pas gacher quelques precieux jours de vacances.

Beautiful house, newly renovated, very comfortable

We had a lovely stay despite a few teething pains due to the recent renovation - we were the first guests post renovation. Catherine, who manages the property, dealt with theses issues immediately so they did not majorly impact our stay. Lucky for future visitors these things have been worked out. Maillane is a perfect location to explore all the wonderful things western Provence has to offer. Pool is smaller than the photos indicate, but it was very nice to have it. All in all a great visit to Provence due a great deal to this house.

Très agréable et vaste maison, très bien située, près du centre du village.. les croissants du matin sont à portée de main Très calme Extérieur avec piscine et coin ombragé pour les repas En bas, cuisine très bien aménagée , salle à manger, petit salon télévision, salon agréable pour lecture et repos au premier et second, 4 grandes chambres 3 salles de bain, 4 wc Idéal pour 8 personnes Vraiment super Et la responsable de la location, vraiment très sympathique, cerise sur le gâteau
