needs maintenance and repairs
The owner/owners were very helpful and gave a lot of great info about the area that was helpful and appreciated. Online the home looks very well kept and modern, however, the home and appliances are very dated and in need of repairs and replacements. The overall cleanliness of the interior was good. The back yard is in dire need of maintenance and care. We had a long haired dog that was covered in debris every time she pottied. FYI to the kind owners.. the coffee pot doesn't shut off, leaving the heating element on at all times. I think it would be best to replace it asap. Thank you for al of your kindness and sorry the review is not more positive.

Fabulous beach house location
The location of this house is perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood, only a few houses down from the path to the beach, and only about a mile from the restaurants and shops of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for the latest updated luxury decor in the house, then this probably isn't the place for you as the house is older and decor is dated. For us, it was comfortable and just what we needed to enjoy a relaxing week in the sunshine hanging out at the beach.

Great location
The beach is right across the street, and it’s a very short drive to the pier, stores and restaurants. If it had been less windy during our stay I probably would have walked the beach from the house to the pier - it looked like it might be a 30 minute beach walk. We had a great stay!

Comfortable and cozy pet family retreat
Cute 1950's throwback cottage that is neat and clean without being overly Perfect for travelers with pets. Great fenced in yard and tile floors throughout make for easy maintenance with pets. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the party crowd.

Convinient solitude
Great property tucked away in a quiet private neighborhood just a stones throw from private access to the beach. If you want quiet you got it... If you want great food and big beach town atmosphere you can have that to just a couple miles away.

Location to beach as advertised
Really enjoyed our stay. Location is really the feature of this property. 5 minutes to private access beach. Most days we had the beach totally to ourself, pure heaven. Very quiet area, away from the traffic. House is cute, reminds me of my grandparents home. Dated as prior reviews call out but very functional. Would recommend bringing a Fire stick as cable is only a few channels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owner incredibly responsive!

Great older house
We loved the property, but it is older so watch out for things going wrong. We had several but Ann and Jennifer responded to our problems very quickly. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach. We did most of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Bonus a famous former wrestler "Hulk Hogan" lived accross the street from us :-)

Clean and beautiful beach.
I would recommend if you want family and friends to come amd visit or you want to be within walking distance of bars shops etc. May not work. Only 2 parking spots and a tad far oit to walk in rain or dark. ( although there is public transportation) Otherwise clean, great communication and great beach!

Great Access to the Beach
We loved our trip for Spring Break to Clearwater. Due to Covid we didn't go to the main beach/pier area and mainly stayed in this neighborhood. The beach access is great. We basically had our own private beach the entire time.

Great place and the owners were awesome!! However we did forget to set an alarm on the last night and the housekeeping was a bit uptight, I'm sure that was due to all the new covid regulations. All in all we enjoyed our stay!!
