Location is a plus but condo cleanliness and owner replies leave something to be desired.
We gave this a try because we love the location of the property but disappointed. After staying the 2nd year in a row at this location (not same unit) we will be looking elsewhere next year. Nic's lack of reply to issues at the property is mainly why I am writing this review. I made him aware of all the things prior to our checkout on Sunday - it's Wed afternoon and no reply. At the time of booking, we made him aware that there would be 2 seperate arrivals and inquired about check-in. His reply was no early check in but he would not wait until 4pm to send check in instructions. We received at 3:40 but only after I messaged asking for them. When my in-laws got there, it was much less than pictures showed. I'm not sure if Nic is aware of his cleaning crew or not but a long message to him after our check out hopefully made him aware and they are able to make some changes for the next renters. We had 5 people and only had enough towels for 4, NONE of the TV's worked, said it was spectrum building issue, it was not - I believe his dad had to come and help get it to work and only did it when he signed in to his acct. The floor was so dirty it made our feet black so shoes had to be worn even after the shower to feel clean. Doors so dirty from entry to bedrooms. Blood spot on door w/hand print, dirt, hair etc on trim, light switches, cleaning envelopes left for tips. Stuff on walls, doors. All pics attached but dirty feet. I could say more but mostly disappointed at lack of care.
