What a Fabulous VRBO!!!
This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! We all had so much fun!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and responsive to every question or concern we had. Highly recommend this 5 star VRBO!! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay in every way
This lovely home has everything and is in a nice neighborhood. The layout makes each bedroom feel like a master bedroom. The rooms are open and spacious. There are lots of games and activities indoors and for outside. The location is close to everything - grocery, beaches, restaurants, shopping. The entire experience was well-managed. This is a place you will want to return to.

Spacious/Beautiful
This place was super clean and spacious for a large family! We enjoyed the screened in porch/pool area! The kitchen was accommodating for our needs! Close to the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Wonderful experience! 5 stars for my overall experience! Bonus: It snowed 1 foot from our home town Minnesota while we were in sunny Florida!! 😎

Family Vacation
The property was what we expected. We had a couple issues that Joseph helped us figure out, in a timely manner. Also, we needed a highchair, and they had one dropped off within hours. We thought the neighborhood and location was perfect for us. Lots of fun things to do and see, less than 30 minutes away. Our family had a fantastic and very memorable time staying in this property. (FYI: One of the bedrooms with a single bed doesn't have a door.)

Spacious Family Fun Property
In general, we were pleased with our stay. The property has large open space which makes it great for groups. There were more than enough bathrooms. The house was spotless. There were numerous family-oriented games and activities available. Our major concern was that the heater for the pool was not operational which of course is necessary in February. The owner, Joseph jumped through hoops trying to get it fixed while we were there, and he did give us a small refund when asked but we booked this property specifically on the property having a heated pool. Another minor issue is that the description of the number of bedrooms on the listing should be corrected. There are not 8 bedrooms. All in all we have a fun stay and appreciate Joseph letting us use his beautiful property.

Best family trip ever!
This house couldn't have been more perfect. The space allowed us to be together in a huge common area cooking, playing cards, or watching tv. It also gave everyone a place to go for some alone time whether it be a bedroom, the patio around the pool, or the front patio. Centrally located, we had groceries five minutes away and the beach 10 minutes away. We also checked out a little sunset festival at Pier 60 on Friday night. So much fun. We all agreed that a return to this house is a MUST!

Beautiful home!
We were in town for my daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding, had family from out of state stay with us, and we brought our small dog with us. The house was terrific and they even had a Christmas tree up which was so nice! We all had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family of 15. Each smaller family group had a level for the rooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. The living area was great for hanging out with the whole group, and yet cozy enough for finding a corner to slip into alone. Joseph was a great host, very quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again if we come to the Tampa area!

Great Home in a Great Neighborhood!
The home was clean and well furnished. The screened in pool and patio as well as the hot tub were definite highlights. My only complaint is the listing says 6 bedrooms. There are only 5 bedrooms. There is a twin bed in a common area upstairs and a sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Overall, the property was great and the property staff were super responsive.

This has been one of the best family gatherings that we have had, this is an amazing home! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so nice for everyone to have their own private bathrooms that allowed everyone to get dressed an arrive at the Wedding Venue on time. Everyone feel in love with the home and would love to stay there again. The host was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a 10 star property! Next time we will have to make time for the boat ride that the hosts offer.

Wedding Party
Beautiful and spacious. plenty of rooms and bathrooms to get ready for wedding. Great open plan for gathering together with extended family. Ample parking for guests. Pool and games kept young people entertained all week. that was a great feature. Hosts were very kind. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the boat.

Perfect house for large family
Our family was a group of 10 including my two small grandchildren. This home had every amenity you could ever need. The outdoor shower and the extra fridge in the garage was an added bonus with such a large group. Joseph was so easy to work with on everything from the minute we booked the home. We will definitely book with them again

GREAT family vaca spot
We just left after a 4 night stay over Memorial Day weekend. The place was awesome for our family if 10 including 4 kids, a baby and adults. There were 5 bedrooms plus a little loft area. Not to mention all the bathrooms. The living room was great for family dinners and relaxing. We spent almost all day in the pool. There were plenty of towels for all of us. We didn’t have a chance to, but there were multiple games for everyone to play in the garage. The place is located essentially by so many different things, restaurants, grocery stores in the beach is literally eight minutes away. Parking was also ample. And 10/10 RENT THE BOAT! Joe was an absolute blast as a captain, and we had so much fun, even though the water was busy being a holiday weekend. We will def be back when in Clearwater area again!

Great with a few exceptions
Pros: (1) beautiful house with ample space (accommodated 10 adults, 3 kids, and 1 dog), a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, huge driveway, and a garage; (2) location is within a very reasonable distance to not only the beaches, but also many restaurants and grocery stores; (3) neighborhood is very safe (4) house was clean (5) house contained every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensils, the bathrooms had essential toiletries and towels, there were pool towels, and the bedrooms had clean sheets and all other linen. Cons: (1) AC in the upstairs open room that doesn’t have a door did not function during the entire stay; (2) communication with host was fine overall; however, when I informed the host about the same AC not functioning, I was told that the lower/main level AC was big enough to cool the entire house and that the AC guy could come take a look the next day. No AC guy ever came during the entire stay and there was no further communication from the host about it. I set the lower/main level AC to 67 to try and cool the upstairs area, but the air did not reach the upstairs area. Because the lower/main level AC was set to a lower temperature in an attempt to make the upstairs area more bearable in such hot temperatures, the AC started to leak.

Incredible House and Location
Our guests were highly impressed with the venue and all its amenities. Due to its many rooms, we were able to have a beautiful reunion of friends and families that we'll remember for years to come. It is also near shops, the beach, and anything else you may need, which is great if you need to rush out and get anything. I would gladly reserve it out in the future if we ever need a larger house near the beach again.

All you need for a great vacation
This unit was great. Very clean and the owners have made sure it is furnished with everything you can think of. This includes the kitchen, pool area. And beach gear. The open floor plan is great for a large group. The bedroom set up with each having a bathroom works great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home. A big thank you to the owners doe sharing this slice of paradise!

Boat ride was great. House had lots of room. Pool was cool no way to turn up the heat. House needs a bit of a refresh and a few minor repairs. Home was clean. Extra fridge was great but dryer took forever. Host was very quick to get back to us.

We are so glad you stayed with us and hope you come back. Unfortunately it got into the 50 s before you came. Normally the solar pool panels are plenty this time of the year. We just bought a heat pump for the pool so next year you can turn the heat up as hot as you want.

Great Spot for a Large Group
Mostly the house was occupied by two couples but for a week we very comfortably hosted our daughters and their families totaling 10 occupants. The pool was mostly too cool to use and needed to have the vacuum manually adjusted daily. We were disappointed in not being able to use the mailbox. Kitchen supplies were somewhat limited but when pointed out additions were made. The boat ride with Joseph and Sonia was delightful and is recommended.

Hi Kate Thankyou for the review and your list of reccomendations you left us. We have implemented your recommendations and added your suggestions in the kitchen and extra sitting chairs in the bedrooms for reading.. We have also purchased an electric heat pump for the pool for next year so people can have a warm pool year round. We are sorry about the not being able to use the mailbox but this is a red flag in this business because if someone gets there mail at the house you cant get them out and have to go through the eviction process. Yes this really happens. if we know you like we know now we would have let you use the mailbox. You have a wonderfuyl family and are always welcome back to our home. Great house, very spacious.
The house was clean and so efficient. Only thing to work on .. more toilet paper, more towels, hand towels, and wash cloths in each bathroom. Dish towels and dish cloths and a cookie sheet needed in kitchen. We made due, and had a great time with our family! I would recommend this house and I would rent again.

This is not a house this is a Home !!
Amazing property in a beautiful neighborhood! The among of bedrooms was perfect for my family. The bathrooms were perfect! The living area perfect time to take a nap after a long day at the beach and spent quality time with the family Super clean house ! Recommended 100% Make sure to visit ANNA Maria beach that was spectacular One small recommendation is to get an entire set of plates, cups and cutlery for a least 12 people :)

So much fun!
We booked for a girls trips. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Joe was so attentive. He checked on us via text making sure everything was ok. The house is so roomy!!!!! We opted to take a boat ride as well and it was the PERFECT end to our trip. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and relaxing on a more private island and getting away from the packed beaches. This house will be on our list to visit again! Thank you!

Beautiful spacious house
This house was great for our family. Love the set up of the bedrooms. And all the space in the kitchen living room and dining area. Pool was great. Kids spent a ton of time in it. The option for a personal boat tour was great. It was one of the best highlights of the trip. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely book it again. Only suggestion would be to have 2 Bath towels per person , a few more tvs for bedrooms and a booster for the Wi-Fi

Great house for family!
Family friendly and great location! Our second visit to the Gulf and had another great trip! Very close to the beach. Having a private pool was great for the wide age group we had. Maybe just a little bit more kitchenware would make it a perfect trip! 😁

Spacious home
This home is spacious with lots of open space. Giving us privacy with our own bedroom and full bathroom. The private pool and grill was a big plus. There is plenty of closet space to hang clothing but lacking in furniture with drawers to place other clothing in. some of the rooms need night stands and a lamp. Could use hooks to hang towels in all the bathrooms. Our stay was very comfortable and homey. Joseph was very helpful . Answered all of questions quickly.

Great Home Rental for a Large Family
Nice home in a great neighborhood. The home offers plenty of space for a family vacation or adults trip. There is a master suite at the top floor for added privacy. One set of bedrooms offer their own bathrooms. Another set of bedrooms on the other section of the house offer a jack and jill bathroom. The other full bathroom is in the garage area with access to the side yard leading to the pool. It was such a great convenience having the ability to use and not entering the house all wet while having a fun time in the pool area. The pool offers a nice selection of seating, a covered structure, and pool toys. It was a great spot to cool off and enjoy a cocktail while lounging on a chaise. The location of this home is great. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home is perfectly located near the beaches. A short drive over the causeway brought you to Belleair Beach or a quick drive in the opposite direction brought you to Indian Rocks Beach. The check in process went smoothly and all communication with the owner was met with a fast response.

Our group had a great time at the property. It was close to both Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the pool available when we would get back from our daily travels. Owners answered all questions in reasonable amount of time. Would definately stay here again.

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful area. Quiet and relaxing, short drive to anything you need, and clean. Check in was a breeze, and the house has everything one would need. I lso noticed big updates coming, so Joseph is on track to keep it updated!
