Whether you come to enjoy quality time by yourself or with your loved ones – this is the place to be! You can enjoy Florida sun and coastal life in our 2 heated pools – the other one is located right by our community’s private beach! Imagine the life by relaxing in the hot tub, sipping cold beverages and watching dolphins swimming by in the ocean! Or stay active – you will have free access to our tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, lawn games as well an easy access to the walking and biking trails of Clam Bayou Nature Preserve located right next to our community.

Our private beach is complete with tiki huts for shade and relaxation as well barbecue facilities and picnic table for beachside dining and effortless entertaining. In the evening gather with fellow residents to experience the magical sunsets together. Share stories, make new friends and memories for a lifetime. Our community offers perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and community spirit. In winter season our community clubhouse is perfect place for game nights and other community events. Location / Things to do:
Our condo is located in St. Petersburg, right on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay, close to all the attractions and amenities you need. Enjoy easy access to some of the best beaches in US - St. Pete beach, Pass-a-Grille and Fort De Soto are all within 15 minutes.
If you are flying in – choose between St. Pete - Clearwater International airport and Tampa International airport. They are both 20 to 25-minute drive away from our place and easily taken care of by using an Uber or booking a rental car.
For sports enthusiasts, Tropicana Center (Tampa Bay Rays; MLB) is 15 minutes along the highway, and Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers; NFL) and Amalie Arena (Tampa Bay Lighting; NHL) are close by across the Tampa Bay. Area is known for spring training for NY, Phillies, Pirates and Rays. Grand Prix race is annually held in St. Petersburg. For golfers, multiple opportunities exist in close vicinity.
Recreational fishing opportunities are endless with multiple charters boats for snapper, grouper, sharks and tuna as well as world’s longest Skyway fishing pier within 15 minutes. As we are located by the ocean there are multiple opportunities to enjoy the water sports like kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, Jet skiing, scuba diving and snorkeling.
Families with children will enjoy the Busch Gardens amusement park, Adventure Island water park, Children's museum, Tampa Zoo and the Florida Aquarium close by. For culture lovers, Tampa / St. Petersburg offers a large selection of museums and attractions such as the world-renown Salvador Dali Museum.
For your convenience you can also treat yourself in shopping centers, area’s multiple restaurants and bars or frequent concerts by top-performing artists. Walmart Supercenter, Publix, Dollar Tree and several restaurants and fast-food places are just few minutes drive away.
