This property was perfect for our short stay in the area. Close to grocery stores, beaches, entertainment. Safe and easy to find.

Place was nice and I liked the quietness of the location. Everything worked so well I never contacted anyone at any point but owners are close by so I am sure response time is near immediate if you have issues. Sofa can turn into bed so for three of us it was a good choice but not sure it would fit many more. Would pick it again if back in the area.

Everything was clean and as it should be. Only thing I can suggest is that the owners add a few beach chairs and a beach blanket for guests visiting the BEAUTIFUL beaches near the cottage.

"laundry" was a laundromat. didnt say in the listing u had to go in the left gate to get to the unattached building w door code. no stove/oven. low water pressure. for the price, worth it but im not that picky

The property was very clean in a great area close to Treasure Island and Maderia Beach. Close to great shopping as well. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent place again when in the area.
