Great Get Away

Loved the location right across from the beach. Beach chairs were a nice touch. Awesome room with amenities as described - we will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for your hospitality!

Boutique stay

Hey sweetie perfect location for myself and my husband have a nice weekend to get away. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time staying at the boutique Beach Retreat. The rooms were nice clean and cozy. We met a nice family swimming in the pool and enjoyed the quiet time from 10:00 p.m. till 9:00 a.m. I will definitely be booking another day with Boutique Beach Retreat!

Great for beach time

VERY friendly staff!! Convenient store across street. Easy access to beach. Only negative was heard people in room above us walking around. Not close by walk to restaurants but we had a car.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and convenience is wonderful. Katie and Brent were very helpful. Anything I needed they responded within minutes. Check in and checkout was a breeze. The unit is right next to the beach short walk across the street. The unit had everything we needed except a hairdryer so I recommend packing one. The pool was a great size and conveniently located in the center of the units. For the price this place is a great deal. We will likely book again!

Full of promise but disappointing

We were really looking forward to staying at this venue. Upon arrival the room looked good and surfaces were clean. Unfortunately the power went off soon after but we understood this couldn’t be helped. We were very disappointed to discover that the very noisy air conditioning unit was fixed to the wall only a few inches from the bed and level with our pillows. This made sleeping difficult. It was noisy outside our room by the pool until 11.00pm. Then all guests respectfully left the area. At 2.00am 2 new guests checked into the room next to ours. They shouted loudly outside as they struggled to find the door code. Then they sat outside noisily drinking and smoking. Next a local drug dealer arrived easily gaining access to the properties. The 3 of them then very noisily discussed for an hour and a half all matters regarding drug use mixed in with the availability of prostitutes. This property is full of potential but having nobody on site at night to oversee and manage things led to our experience being very disappointing.

The place was immaculate!! The pool was busy during the day but we headed to the beach instead and enjoyed the pool to ourselves in the evening. Great location - fast walk to the beach. Host was clear, concise and answered right away. Would definitely recommend.

Spring Break Trip

It was wonderful!! Everything to check in to while we there to check out was a breeze. Staff on site were very friendly and the other guests were very friendly!!! The room was unbelievably clean and overall felt just like home! Perfect for a couple like us!! Pool was perfect temp and loved the extra supplies locker. Also the shower was supreme experience lol We will be back! Book this place for a perfect little getaway!! Loactajon and all!!!

Wonderful place! Will stay again

We had a wonderful time staying at the Boutique Beach Retreat. From ease of check in and check out we had no issues. The online guide that is sent ahead of time prepares you for your trip and what to expect when getting there. The location is amazing. It is half mile one direction to St. Johns Pass and a little over a half mile the other direction to a grocery store and other shops. The location is also right across the street from the beach and an amazing shake shop. BBR also has beach chairs and umbrellas for you to take to the beach which was another huge plus. Also on the windy days you can lounge around the pool. We will definitely stay here again.
