気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The rental unit we stayed in is in need of a renovation! It's terrible. I'm surprised that no one has slipped and fallen in the seriously worn out bathtub. The non slip grid in the tub is completely worn off. I came close to falling more than a few times.
The garbage disposal doesn't work and on the day we arrived there was rotten food, including rotting egg shells in the disposal that I had to use a glove to remove because it stunk so bad. We have had gnats and ants since day one.
The refrigerator looked clean, but it smelled. Had a smell like something had gone bad/rotted in it and the smell was lingering. The window covering on the bedroom is insufficient for blocking out the light that shines through from the corridor.
All air vents are disgustingly dirty. We have been sneezing since we got here. This is one of the hottest states and there are no ceiling fans in this unit. Unacceptable for the kind of heat you experience in Florida.
The swimming pool needs a vacuum. this unit has been neglected and in need of several renovations.
If we hadn't been there for a family wedding, we would have left the property early.
There's so much more I could write, but they only give you so much space.
