If you got any closer to the sparkling sands of the Gulf of Mexico, you’d be in the water. This sweet little cottage boasts a perfect location in the middle of everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Outside, you’ll find a friendly front patio with Adirondack chairs and a shared pool. Inside the cottage, you’ll find colorful, beachy decor in the living room, which features comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV for all your entertainment needs. Prepare a snack for the beach or something more substantial in the adjacent kitchen, complete with colorful cookware and everything you need to get creative. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re walking distance to lots of popular beach bars and restaurants-just stake your spot in time for sunset, because it’ll likely be one to remember.

As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
