This gorgeous home with a fully stocked kitchen will be your home-away-from-home from the minute you step inside. The sparkling clean salt-water pool and fabulous patio area with plenty of lounging space is ready for you to enjoy and relax. The desirable location puts you just miles from the fun Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) with all its restaurants, bars and activity and the exclusive Belleair Beach. There are local golf courses, abundance of shopping, restaurants and the Largo Mall just minutes away.

Safety and Security:
For your security we have a Ring Video Doorbell recording the front door entrance area and a Flood light Camera above the garage entrance recording the driveway and front of the house. Both detects movement and starts recording for the safety and security of the guests and property.

Great visit!
Neighborhood was good - I often worry that I’ve booked a nice anyone in a cruddy neighborhood but it wasn’t the case here. It was within 15 minutes of beach access and pool was great. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week away!

Paradise
overall house was very nice!! A mini hiccup from the start as after tropical storm debby came through a tree had come down and knocked out the power. We arrived to check in at 4pm and had no power in the house. The host meet us and went and bought us ice to keep the cold items we had purchased at the store cool until the power came on around 630. The inside of the house was very clean and the pool was very refreshing to use each day once we got home from exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again as the area is nice and quiet.

Fabulous Home & Location
We stayed for 16 nights & couldn’t have wanted for anything. The location was perfect in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Jan provided everything for a fabulous stay. The home has a modern kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Jan is very attentive when you need and can’t recommend his home enough. We had a fabulous relaxing stay, just what we needed. The pool & yard were great & spent some time almost everyday there. Five Stars all the way from us!

Exceptional beyond what expected
Clean, modern, relaxing, very well thought out and stocked with thoughtful coffee, laundry soap, pool heated, shampoo and conditioner. Very responsive owner. A wonderful stay. Went above and beyond. My husband lost and left his wedding ring there and the owner mailed it back to us. Given this is our 20th wedding anniversary this was very meaningful to us. Nice to see someome do such a professional exeptional service.

Family Trip
An easy getaway with great amenities! We traveled to visit my sister who lives 2 streets over, so what a great location for us! We used the pool every day and really enjoyed the layout of the house. Beautiful laundry room, we usually do not keep up with laundry on vacation, but it was so easy here! We just appreciated having the space for a long weekend visiting with our family and so much nicer than staying a hotel with no dedicated hangout spots. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, five star kitchen, very comfortable beds, the backyard area with the pool was paradise! Close to lots of shopping and gorgeous beaches and places to eat out! Would definitely rent this property again!

Fun Week
This home was exactly as advertised. It is well furnished with extras not found in many places - paper products, laundry and kitchen soap, beach towels, etc. The backyard pool and patio area are beautiful and we enjoyed many hours lounging there. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The location is a short drive to the beach and several shopping areas. The owner, Jan, was very responsive to any requests. Everyone agreed a return trip should be planned.

Great house
The house was great. Neat and clean. The pool was awesome for the kids and heated as it was colder in February. I really liked the fact that the house had many toiletries already there: soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP, bounty. Etc. They also had towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which is great if you are flying and can’t bring that all with you. We really enjoyed our stay.

Largo Florida home
