Convenient location on a quiet, tree-lined, residential street. Pet-friendly is a plus. Staff was friendly. Rooms are basic, if a bit dated, especially the funny kitchenettes. The bathroom had been fairly recently updated. Room for improvement: Only two towels provided in the bathroom; no extra blankets. We stayed on an unseasonably cool, spring night and the fan coil unit in the room seemed only able to produce cold air. We were cold.

Great location for tourists: walkable distance to White House, museums and surrounding areas. Friendly staff, and good room service. Street parking is also available but may need some time to find a spot.
