Welcome travellers to our stunning 2 BR apartment in the beautiful coastal town of Qawra, Malta. This spacious and modern apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The living area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils & two large bedrooms.

Kitchen | Our fully equipped kitchen is designed to cater to all your culinary needs. It features a refrigerator, oven, stove, and a wide selection of cutlery and cookware.

Living Area | The spacious living area is designed for your comfort and relaxation. Sink into the massive sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV, or gather around the dining table for shared meals and lively conversations. But the true highlight is the balcony, the perfect spot to unwind.

Bedrooms | With 2 bedrooms both with a double bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and provides a tranquil retreat for a good night's sleep.

Bathrooms | The apartment boasts 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. One bathroom is easily accessible from the living area, while the other is ensuite to provide added privacy. Both bathrooms are well-appointed and equipped with modern fixtures and amenities.

For easy accessibility, a lift is available in the common areas of the building. This ensures a hassle-free experience for guests, allowing them to navigate the premises comfortably.

WIFI and AC is accessible throughout the whole stay.

Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, breathe in the fresh sea air, and marvel at the crystal-clear waters. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars along the promenade, where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Qawra is also home to several sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea. The beaches offer facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas, making it convenient for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the beachfront experience. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to engage in activities such as snorkeling, diving, and jet skiing.

There are several options for getting around Qawra and the surrounding areas. Some options include:

Bus: Malta has an extensive public bus network, with many routes serving Qawra and the surrounding areas. Buses are a convenient and affordable way to get around the island.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available in Qawra, and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. Prices are generally reasonable, but it is a good idea to confirm the fare before starting your journey. You can download the app either for BOLT, UBER or ECABS and book your trip.

Car rental: If you want to explore the island at your own pace, you may want to consider renting a car. There are several car rental agencies in Qawra and the surrounding areas.

Walking: Qawra is a relatively small area, and many attractions and amenities are within walking distance. It is a pleasant area to explore on foot, and it is a good way to experience the local culture and way of life.

Bicycle: Qawra is relatively flat, making it a good place to explore by bike. You can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

• Shower gels
• Liquid Soap
• Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
• Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
• Garbage bags
• Linens for the bed
• 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

6. What is included in the apartment.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

Too much failed during our stay -> provider and flat not recommandable

The entire building and the flat were not older than a year. But different things in the flat were already broken (toilet seat, child bed, toilet paper holder), or were dirty (in bathroom gop residue on all tiles). only public parking slots were available (although provate one was adverted). on arrival we were not able to access the building as keys were bad replicates and thus did not work. Contact with 360group was bad as provided emergency phone number did not work (only worked with whatsapp). We stood for 2 weeks and did not receive fresh towels after a week (which is standard). Booking process did not work properly (until today i dont have a receipt). And there were a few other things but i dont want to spend more time to list them all. Sorry guys, your service is definitely worse than it can be.
