The accommodation was beautiful, incredible views, wonderful staff, the most amazing stay. The food was incredible as well - our entire family loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Es war super schön, nach 4 Jahren wieder mal ins Randolins zu kommen! Fast nichts hat sich bis dahin verändert, im besten Sinne😉! Danke für diese tolle Rückkehr, in ein so schönes Hotel!

I really liked this hotel because it was in great condition, rooms looked pretty new. I had a studio that could have slept 5 with a double bed and 3 individual beds. The bathroom was nice and clean and balcony space was facing the mountain. The hotel is very kid friendly. Staff was very friendly, and parking was easy. It is only a 5 min uphill drive from town. I wished I stayed here longer than 1 night. They have two dining options at night (Swiss or Italian). Their breakfast spread was pretty nice, limited hot food but they had a nice selection of cheeses, breads, cokd cuts, and fruit.

Had a room overlooking a construction site. Front desk said I requested this room. No from on the website shows construction pictures. Didn’t come 6000 miles to look at construction

Great place for families or anybody

Great new family friendly hotel. Rooms good size and modern infrastructure. Kids loved the whirlpools and the playground. Restaurant a la carte delicious. Very good breakfast.

I travelled with my family (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). We were wonderfully surprised by the quality of our experience here starting from our shuttle pick up from the train station. Just a quick 10min drive up and we were surrounded by snow covered peaks and evergreens/green grass; I felt like we were living the “Sound of Music”. This is a kid friendly place, and the small touches made a big impression such as the playground, bed rails for my baby, and fun design for the kids. The wellness center has a kid friendly time from 4-6pm, and the kids had fun splashing around in the indoor and outdoor tub. The restaurant on site has wonderful views and good food. Also, the staff were just so sweet and welcoming.

We stayed two nights with our family (parents and two school aged kids). The room, although not overly spacious, worked really well for us. The location was excellent and the view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel was somewhat detached from the town but there was a shuttle that ran between the hotel and few places in the town center multiple times a day. And anyway the hotel restaurant was just great so we didn't have to leave to the town to have a dinner.

Wunderschöne Lage

Das Hotel liegt im berühmten und wunderschönen Suvretta-Hang. Das Panorama ist atemberaubend. Die Familienzimmer im neurenovierten Teil sind sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und gehen direkt zum tollen Spielplatz raus. Ab und zu kann man Eichhörnchen und Rehe beobachten. Da das Hotel abseits vom Zentrum liegt, bietet das Hotel am Morgen ( leider nur bis 10 Uhr) und am Nachmittag einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Zentum, Bahnhof und zum Hallenbad. Das Hotel bietet auch sonst sehr viel für den Preis. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist umfangreich und fein. Es werden sogar verschiedene Aktivitäten geboten.

Snow in front of room

It's an OK 3 star hotel. Things to improve, Internet didn't work for 24 hours. Laundry is only a 5 kg machine with no dryer, in this weather our clothes stayed wet for over 24 hours. It is almost better not to advertise as having a laundry.
