It was close to the center of town and easy to explore. There seems to be a swimming pool, which could be enjoyed all day long. There is a ping-pong table in the room next to the pool, so we could enjoy ping-pong for a while. Breakfast was delicious, with many special dishes prepared by the hotel.

チェックイン開始1時間前に着いたにもかかわらず、快くチェックインさせてくれ、重い荷物から解放されてありがたかったです。部屋は、予約の段階では浴槽の写真のある部屋を予約したのですが、当日「アップグレードしとくわね！」と言われて通された部屋には浴槽が無く、少々もやっとしましたが、好意でしてくれたことなのでありがたく受け止めました。早々にハムとチーズとパンの食事に飽きた私と夫は、ホテル内の中華レストランで夕食をとりました。とても美味しかったです！スーツケースをゴロゴロしながら駅から歩くには石畳と坂道でキツイかもしれませんが、バックパックの私たちには駅までの道のりもわかりやすく近かったので歩きました。チェックアウトのときに希望すれば、駅まで送ってくれるそうです。総じて、良い宿泊でした！

清潔で親切なホテル

駅で頼むとすぐにシャトルでピックアップ。街中にあり、便利。ただ、湖畔の景色は見えない。が、徒歩で10分かからない。

Charming, well-run hotel in the center of St Moritz Dorf, staff excellent, everything is easy walking distance. All-round fabulous experience.

The hotel and the staff were faultless . Every aspect of our stay was made easy. The pool and spa a fabulous space with afternoon tea. The cuisine excellent . Manners and appropriate behaviour welcomed . So good to enjoy a certain elegance and courtesy fast fading . Value for money, excellent location. Cant wait to return Shuttle bus to the station.

Great hotel and location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel bars and restaurants are also recommended! Tchu was a highlight, owner/manager and waiter were amazing as well as the culinary delights.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

Déçue par l’hôtel.. très peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner et j’avais le sentiment que l’hôtel essayait d’économiser là où il pouvait. Pas de crayon ou de bloc noté dans la chambre, pas de saumon au petit déjeuner.. pendant tout mon road trip en Suisse, chaque hôtel a offert du saumon au petit déjeuner, mais pas le Steffani. Je ne réserverai pas à nouveau.

Alles sehr gut, einzige Beanstandung: das im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellte Wasser (abgefüllt in Brittaflaschen) war abgestanden, stinkend und ungeniessbar.

Charming property in the middle of everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Loved the rustic feeling with modern amenities.

A relaxing experience

We stayed one night but were made to feel welcomed and were given an upgrade on arrival. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room was spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and met our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and close to the shops.

Nice hotel. Just wish the hotel had a fridge to keep water cool. Room did not have air conditioning, which might not be an issue if visiting in winter. I visited in Summer, when St Moritz was very hot & humid, and i was constantly sweating in the room.

We loved the upgrade to the superior room which had a double balcony with a beautiful view, really comfy beds, everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again

It was a short walk uphill a steep hill from the train station. It was a lovely room with a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. Our hairdryer in the room didn’t fit the outlet but the concierge sorted it out really fast. Room service was great and the food was really nice. Breakfast had a fair variety and was constantly replenished so even though it didn’t look like a lot, everything was always fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel toll, Verbesserung bei Wellness & Frühstück

Grundsätzlich ein sehr nettes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und renoviert. Der Wellnessbereich scheint neu zu sein und völlig ausreichend, aber der Ruhebereich sollte in einem getrennten Raum sein oder zumindest eine Tür davor haben. Im Moment kommen die Leute aus den Saunen und es ist ziemlich laut und eine Entspannung unmöglich. Das Frühstück hat auch noch Verbesserungspotential - überhaupt kein Gemüse ( keine Tomaten, kein Paprika, etc) nur 3 Obstsorten..keine Aufstriche...generell sehr wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, das Hotel generell sehr gemütlich und sehr zentral.
