Please set the thermostat to 76 degrees in Summer months, and 65 degrees in the winter months before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We do not allow pets! If you get caught with bringing a dog on the property it is a $200 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $500
If you throw a party, it is an automatic $500 charge. An unapproved late check-out fine is $25
