快適ですが、改善が必要な点もあります。
10月に家族で3泊しました。 バレッタまでは、タクシーで15分、バスを使うと30分ほど要します。 屋外プールは9月までしか開いておらず、10月以降利用できるのは屋内の温水プールだけです。到着日は大雨で外出できなかったので当日プールを利用しようとしたところ、予約でいっぱいと言われました。 レストランは、ロビー(5階)、3階、1階(タイ料理)があり、3階の料理はルームサービスでも食べられるのが良い点です。一方、土曜日のディナーを予約しようとしたところ、どこも既に満席と言われました。どうやら週末は外部利用が多いようです。

Our outdoor pools at the upper level - main pool, children's pool and adult-only pool - are available year-round, but on the dates of your arrival, the rain prevented us from operating our Aquabar service as normal. The indoor pool is also open year round but we take bookings in order to monitor its occupancy, for social distancing purposes. We are sorry Blue Elephant was fully booked on your chosen date, and hope you will experience it one day in the future. We hope you will return to the Hilton Malta one day soon. フロントの方の対応が残念だが、その他は満足だった
ホテルのフロントの男性の対応があまりよくなくがっかり。日本人だとわかるはずなのに超早口の英語でマニュアル通りの説明をまくしたて?ており、こちらがわからなさそうな表情をしてもスピードを落として説明する気遣いなどまったく見せず、まったくホスピタリティを感じない対応だった。その方以外のフロントの方々はとてもにこやかで感じの良い対応をされていたので、単に運悪くはずれにあたってしまったんだと思う。 その他の点はすべて満足。 施設は充実していてきれいだし、アクセスの良い場所にあって、朝食も美味しかった。またマルタのセントジュリアンに行く機会があれば、利用しようかと思う。

ヒルトンの中ではマルタヒルトン一番好きです
世界、数多くのヒルトンに泊まりましたが、ヒルトンマルタはヒルトンの中では一番良かったです。強いて言えば、プールの使用がam7:30〜pm6:00 夏は9時近くまで明るいのに、pm6時で終わってしまうことです。日中は観光している中で、子供がプールに入りたいと言うのでタクシーで急いでホテルに戻るのが大変でした。

コンセルジュの対応が早く、丁寧でありスムーズに観光や車の手配ができました。 エグゼクティブルームに泊まりましたが、清掃も1日2回入ってくださり、とても快適でした。 エグゼクティブラウンジのお酒の提供時間が、18時から20時の2時間しかなかったので、夕食時間と重なり結局あまり利用できなかったのは、少し残念でした。しかし全体的にパーフェクトなホテルだと思います!

スタッフの対応がとにかくよかったです。飛行機到着の遅延のせいで少しトラブルがあったのですが、スタッフの感じのよさで疲れがとびました。プールサイドのスタッフも爽やかで感じがよく、みんなマルタがほんとに好きなことが伝わってきます。施設は清潔で管理も行き届いていて、なのに料金そこまで高くないのでいうことなしです。

快適に過ごせました。
立地が良く、少し歩くとスピノーラ湾がすぐでした。周囲に美味しいレストランも多く、スーパーもありはじめてのマルタ旅行でしたがとても便利に過ごせました。 オーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋からはホテルのプールとその先に海が見えリゾート地の風景を楽しめました! 終始快適でしたが、当初部屋のタオルやアメニティがひとつ足りず、追加で頼んだときも全部は持ってきてくれませんでした。拙い英語が原因かもしれませんが、それだけが残念でした。
