However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. After major fires in St John's in November 1817 a delegation of citizens approached George Winter, who owned land north of Military Road, near Fort Townsend (a British military base), with the intent of establishing a village in a safer area. This led to the establishment of what became known as George's town (later Georgestown–sometimes called Georgetown).

Georgestown has become one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in the city. With the Bakery, Pub and Cafe all within walking distance of our property, you will really feel how special the community is.

Statement green kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a family meal, complete with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and oven. Half bath and laundry on the main floor.

Sleep comfortably in the king size bed with abundance of closet space and plenty of natural light by the desk/makeup area. Two additional spacious bedrooms beautifully decorated with queen size beds.


You’ll have control over the house temperature during your stay. You will have access to a washer and dryer in the home and can park your vehicle on the street out front. This place is great for anyone come from away looking to take in the traditional St. John’s jellybean experience with modern living, a true “home away from home”.
