Downtown Getaway - 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths

Enjoy the convenience and vibrancy in the heart of downtown St. John's. Whether you are visiting for pleasure or work, you will be walking distance to downtown where you will experience what the oldest city in North America has to offer including pubs, live music, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Modern two story with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A bright and open concept dining and living area with 10ft ceilings and hardwood flooring and well stocked kitchen with a center island, concrete countertops, and dishwasher. Past the kitchen is the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads to a private patio with a seasonal bbq and sectional in a fenced yard.

Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite, walk-in closet, and scenic view of Signal Hill. The second bedroom is nice and cozy with a queen bed. The third bedroom is a cozy room with a double/full bed.

Recently installed mini-split provides air conditioning and heating to maximize your comfort.

We stayed 3 nights and loved it! We ate in one night, enjoying the backyard living but otherwise enjoyed the local restaurants and pubs. A short drive to Signal, Quidi Vidi and Spearhead. The place was clean, and equipped with everything you need! We will be back!

Convocation Vacation

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. Fabulous!

Rob's VRBO is stunningly appointed, extremely well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean, has comfortable beds and is nicely situated within walking distance to the downtown core. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the private deck in the afternoon while waiting for our laundry to finish. Parking is right outside the door, because Rob has thoughtfully provided a parking pass. Beautiful, comfortable space close enough to walk downtown and within walking and driving distance of so many beautiful sites in Newfoundland and St. John’s area. Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area.
