Classy Modern Home-Downtown St Johns with Garage

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped executive kitchen, dining room (high chair available) washer, dryer, private deck and BBQ.

Property has a single car garage and driveway available.

As you enter the main door on the first floor, there is a stairway and a door to the left, which provides access to the garage and 1st bedroom. The 1st bedroom comes with a double bed, workspace area, has access to the washer, dryer and backyard.

A walk up the stairway will lead you towards the main floor embodied with an open concept, 9 ft ceiling kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom and access to patio.

On the third floor, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite, a third bedroom, the main bathroom and a linen closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.

Great birthday weekend!

A group of 6 came from Ontario to celebrate a birthday. The house was perfect for our size of group and the location was easy to get around. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Parking was a bonus as there is limited availability in the downtown area. I will be reaching out to stay again on my next visit. The process was easy, hosts helpful and house just wonderful. Thanks for a great vacation!!

The back bedroom was quiet but the front bedroom was not soundproof and we were awakened every night with street noise. Mostly noisy people below. Air conditioner in window did not allow to block noise.

A great place to stay close to town

This was a very nice property and I would have rated it a 5 but I am going to go with a 4 overall. The property was not really work friendy (I know should not have been working) since and touring. The reason why not work friendly is that for some reason not all of their plugs where i was working allowed for 2 things to be plugged in. My bad for not bringing a power bar. Other thing is just too many stairs for this old guy but the house really makes up for that. The other issue is this home is old and although beautiful the next door neighbours when they walked on the upper floor sounded like they were in my sleeping area. Not the owners fault but these houses were likely pretty thin walled when build. Putting the small stuff aside simply a great place to stay :)

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay while in St John’s. It is within walking distance from downtown which was great so we didn’t have to look for parking.

Great downtown location

The property is very well kept, everything you need is there. The Hosts were great. Plenty of amenities and it is very clean. Offered plenty of space for the family. We walked downtown frequently, you'll get your workout in. Iforgot about the amount of hills in St. John's. Would definitely book it again.

Great place, great location, wonderful host

We came to St. John’s for a wedding and found this vrbo to stay at for 6 of us. It was very spacious enough room for everyone! It was close to George street for a night out and close to drive to all local attractions. Our hosts checked in with us to ensure we were making out okay and if we needed anything. I would definently recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Vacation

The property worked very well for us. We were 3 adult couples. Main and upper floors were nicely appointed and suited our needs well. The access to the 3rd bedroom is off the garage and access to the washroom is through the garage and up a flight of stairs - this bedroom is definitely not suitable for children. One of the bedrooms was not clean upon arrival however was adequately addressed by the owner. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great experience!

Exceptionally clean rental. Great location. Just a short walk down to the harbor. Grocery store a couple of blocks away. We loved the area and the rental. If and when we return we wouldn’t even consider looking for another place!

Property was spotless and well maintained and stocked. Very comfortable home but lots of stairs. The third bedroom is in the attached garage but you have to enter the house and go up a flight of stairs to the bathroom and a second flight of stairs to a shower.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights for our son's graduation and it was perfect...bright, clean, spacious, nicely decorated, fully stocked with nice touches, comfy beds, and the hosts checked in with us several times to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Great stay in St. John's

This was a perfect spot for us. The condo is spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Nyasha is a very responsive host. She even kindly let us have a late check out which was most appreciated. Having a garage was also a bonus. Highly recommend!
