I spent the best month of my life in Antigua here, so definitely going to give the property all the stars, although I will mention a few things at the end.
The home is very spacious, the bedroom upstairs is beautiful, the views are amazing and the decor is very cute. I was able to work remotely for a month here, the internet works fine. The bed is a bit firm, if I had to suggest anything it would be a mattress topper to make that room absolutely perfect, but its a very nice bedroom and bathroom.
The middle floor is the kitchen and living room, love the furniture and decor. If the two fans are on and the doors are open with the mosquito netting closed its comfortable, but there is no a/c so it does get warm on that floor. We did not have an issue with mosquitoes and were able to keep the doors open almost all the time, the mosquito netting/curtains are perfect.
The bottom floor is so/so, the beds are comfortable and the shower is very nice but it is the Caribbean, we did have a few insects in the downstairs bathroom we had to use Raid for. The home is very clean and the downstairs bathroom is the only place we had this issue after rain. The host was able to send the gardener and pest control so the issue should be taken care of.
The location is great, parking was easy and we were able to drive down the hill to Dickenson Bay and park. The beach at the bottom of the hill is awesome and Treehouse Beach Club is down the street which has great food & cabanas :)
