「The home was in great condition and the perfect place to rest up after a long day birding. Located approximately 15 minutes from Cheyenne Bottoms and 40 minutes from Quivira, it’s a welcomed retreat at the end of the day. The home is as described and offers updated amenities with an historic charm. I highly recommend it and will stay there during future visits to the area.」

「The home was very charming and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. which made it easy to prepare meals. The fenced-in backyard was secure, lovely, and a perfect spot for my dogs to play and for me to relax :-)」

「This is a nice older home near downtown. The cleanliness was ok but there were sheets left in the dryer and some unfolded towels in the closet. The owner was very great. We were in town with an Ill relative and needed to stay a day longer and he was very polite and informative. He was also quick to respond.」

「A uniquely delightful find as we were looking to stay in the Great Bend area. Recently remodeled (I’d guess within the last year or so) polite staff as we arrived late, clean room and restroom. TV is a little smaller than most homes have, but sized right for the room, volume was very good, remote buttons and channels instantly responsive. They have access to the adjoining city park pool during the summer season. Beautiful surroundings, on the edge of town with a park on 2 sides of the...

The amenities are great…including super clean pool, hot tub, arcade area, ping pong, gym, complimentary espresso, coffee, and bottled water at front desk. Staff was amazing! Location is perfect with breakfast at Perkins and The Page Bar and Grill is across parking lot. Will only stay here when coming to town! 」
