EXTERIOR AMENITIES

The exterior of this home offers under-house, covered parking and a covered entry. The private sparkling swimming pool with large pool deck offers comfortable seating, with chaise loungers and a patio table. An outdoor shower is perfect at day’s end, and the fish cleaning area with park-style grill is provided for preparing that “Fresh from Florida” catch of the day. An enclosed laundry room with washer/dryer is also on the ground level.

Covered exterior stairs lead to this home’s bright and airy interiors. The first level’s open living/dining/kitchen floor plan features comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, queen sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The wood burning fireplace provides warmth and ambiance for guests visiting during cooler months on the Forgotten Coast.

Sleeping accommodations at Moonlight Bay feature the NW king bedroom with flat screen TV, full private bathroom with separate shower and garden tub, and direct access to the screened deck. The SW king bedroom offers a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and deck access serves the other bedrooms and common areas. Stairs lead up to the loft that sleeps 2 in twin beds, and a desk for remote workers and learners provides a space to work while visiting the Island.
