This cozy 3BR/3BA GROUND LEVEL home is a great location for your next family beach getaway! The ultimate in convenience, the ground level of the home holds the main living area and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. The first King bedroom has a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bathroom opens to a small East side outside covered deck. The second Queen bedroom also has a Smart TV and has access to a hall bathroom with shower that opens to the West side sundeck with outdoor shower and picnic area. The beautifully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large eat-in dining bar and nearby dedicated food pantry space.

Just past the kitchen is the the laundry closet with full size washer/dryer, beach towels available for guest use and a convenient back door that opens up to the grill and pool area. Upstairs you'll find a dedicated workspace nook with desk and desk chair that looks out at the pool area. The third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, comfortable leather sofa and a large, Smart TV. This bedroom overlooks the driveway and enjoys sparking Gulf views. The ensuite bathroom with double sinks offers plenty of countertop and a combination tub/shower.

A major feature of this home is the commercial grade whole house WIFI system with ceiling mounted wifi access points throughout the home and at pool cabana. This system provides uninterrupted, strong and seamless WIFI coverage in every room and by the pool. Easily work, stream, and surf with speeds of up to 1 GIG.

Spend time outdoors with multiple hangout options to include an outdoor eating area equipped with picnic table and umbrella and park style charcoal grill. A large, raised sundeck can be found on the opposite side of the property with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and is a perfect spot to gather and watch the sunset. Enjoy your own private cabana poolside with large, wall mounted SmartTV and dining and lounging options. The private swimming pool can be heated for a $400 fee (advance notice required). An enclosed outdoor shower is located just off of the sundeck which makes rinsing off easy and a must for keeping sand outside.

Beach access is quick and easy, with a conveniently located community beach boardwalk adjacent to the property and less than a 60 second walk from the front door! And we can't forget FIDO! This pet friendly home allows up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.
