✦Upper level - King Bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Full bathroom (tub/shower combo) Additional twin bunk area (sleeps 2) perfect for kids. (Snug if sleeping adults). Laundry room located on top floor.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✦Bed linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs and gear, Bikes, Beach towels provided. The use of bikes and beach gear is completely complementary for guest(s) and is not included in the price paid for the townhome. Therefore no monies will be refunded if any item(s) malfunctions and can not be used during guest(s) stay.
✦ "Starter" toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags provided. Guests are asked to replenish items if additional is needed during their stay.

✦Max 2 pets allowed under 50 pounds with non-refundable $100 pet fee
✦Host is not responsible for items left behind by guest.
✦Guest agree to follow check-out instructions:
*load dishwasher and turn on before check-out
*Take all trash to the dumpster (including any unwanted fridge items).
*Put all used towels in bathtubs
