Wonderful large family home, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, Bear Claw Poppy

  • Large family home with outdoor kitchen, heated pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood across from a park, close to golfing, pickleball courts, mountain biking (Bear Claw Poppy and Virgin River bike paths nearby), hiking, restaurants and much more. The master suite is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower and soaking tub in the bathroom, this bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds. Sleeps 12.

    Pool can be heated April - October and hot tub can be heated year-round.
