You will find paradise here at our condo in the Las Palmas Resort! This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Paradise Palms is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night.This unit also offers you easy elevator access.

Las Palmas is located very close to the world famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails.

Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. You'll find local events and charming shops. Enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking.

Great property and location! Cleanliness could be so much better, dishwasher was so dirty and so were the pots and pans. We had to clean the dishwasher and pans before use. Bathroom floors (grout) need to be scrubbed. There are no bars or anything to hang onto while showering with a slippery bathtub, accident waiting to happen for older people. Other than that, we loved the 3rd floor end unit and plenty of space inside for 2 people.

We have stayed at other condo's on this property. So far we a very pleased!!! Just wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the balcony.

It was so fun! We could have used another quilt for one of our cold guests and also instructions on using the television and the thermostat. We wished an explanation about the elevator would have been in the instructions as we did not realize that option until later and 3 flights of stairs for one of our guests was difficult to maneuver especially with suitcases.

The Las Palmas resort property is large and looks like it could get quite busy. We were there at the end of September, beginning of October, so that wasn't a problem. The condo was located right at the front gate which was extremely convenient as we came and went through the day. The online description/photos are accurate in that this is not a new condo and in fact is a bit tired looking (especially the bathrooms from the 1990s). But the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the balcony, even though it is partially blocked by another building on the left and its pool's pump runs nonstop. The place could have used a dusting and it would be nice, as mentioned by other reviewers, to have a few wine glasses and smaller glasses. Overall, we think it was good value for the money and enjoyed our stay. The condo is also a short drive from Snow Canyon State Park which was a big plus for us.

We loved the condo. The beds were comfortable and it was a lot more quiet than expected. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a spectacular view of the local hills. Highly recommended.

This was our 3rd stay at this condominium for a reason. It is in a great location in St. George, close to downtown, Snow Canyon, our favorite Harmons grocery store, and so much more. You can enjoy morning coffee on the back balcony with stunning views, have a wide choice of TV channels, sleep in very comfortable beds, and a cook in a fully equipped kitchen. The resort pools were a special treat on a hot day. This condo is a great choice for anyone visiting St. George!

We had fun at the resort the pools, jacuzzis, pickle ball courts, ping pong we enjoyed it all. The condo we stayed in did not dissapoint with the view from the balcony and the beds were comfortable. But the furniture was old and very uncomfortable the recliners will hurt your back. The kitchen inventory should be updated because what was listed as being there likes cups and glasses are not correct. Please don't have labels on things that are not there, for example, aluminum foil. It makes it seem like you are relying on your guests to restock for you because you know they are not going to pack things like that when they leave. Then there is the door lock, the stricking plate to the dead bolt needs to be adjusted. Whe you hit the lock button it doesn't lock, it took numerous times for us to get it to work, one time we left thinking the door was locked and it wasn't. Also putting in the code to unlock the door takes just as many attempts. Overall it was still a very nice getaway and St George is a great location close to many parks, attractions, and scenic landscapes.

This was a wonderful property at a reasonable price but before and throughout our stay it was difficult to determine who to contact with questions and issues. The numbers provided with the listing did not lead to the owner. Rather they led to a phone tree that was confusing. Voicemails and emails were never answered. If I reached someone their answer was always "I will forward your question to the office". I didn't know who or what the office was and didn't hear back from them. The owner wasn't the contact, Escape Properties wasn't the contact, "The office" didn't seem to be the contact.. I don't believe that VRBO was the local contact .On the weekday when we were locked out by a failed door lock we ended up using the "after hours" phone contact and after one failed promise to call back we got the handy man to come and get us in. That took a good hour because there was no one on site to help. Finally in the middle of our week we got in contact with Bree (Escape Properties?) who gave us her phone number with a promise to answer questions and help with issues. She did. Only two other items to mention. The lighting in the unit was poor. Every bulb and fixture was under powered. Second, the number and selection of glassware was poor. There was one wine glass and everything else was a tumbler 16 oz. or greater.. That could be remedied with a $10 trip to Walmart. Our trip was a wonderful bucket list vacation. We had great weather and a nice place to stay. The information that we had provided many phone numbers and email addresses but they didn't do us much good.

The check in and out was flawless. Called for an Early check in and they had no trouble getting us in. This property is in a great location for exploring. Historic downtown- 4 miles Snow Canyon- 11 miles Quail Creek- 16 miles Zion- 40 miles (Plus/minus a few) The layout of the condo is excellent! It really feels larger than it is. And, the recliners were definitely the ticket after a day of hiking! Washer/dryer on the patio was a unique, and smart, idea. We highly recommend this property for a St.George visit!

We loved our stay! So many great things about this condo! The view off the deck is amazing. The beds were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of games and pool toys. We would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay at this lovely condominium was better than the last! It is a perfect location to visit so many points of interest in and near St. George. The views from the back balcony and windows are amazing. The beds are so comfortable, the living room spacious and plenty of channels to watch on TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen and two great bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and choose this gem of a condominium for your next visit! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo which had plenty of room for three adults. We enjoyed the beautiful patio view and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishware, etc. They also had a lot of brochures about the area and the directions to the rental were easy. This condo is in a great location if you're visiting St. George, Zion, etc.

We enjoyed the location, the amenities and the area. Location maded it easy to access downtown and also get to outlying areas quickly. The grounds were well kept. The condo itself was well equipped, comfortable and well looked after. Only draw back was a backed up sink in the ensuite bathroom for which we left a note on departure. The amenities; pool and exercise room were a little tired. Pools not necessarily very inviting and broken equipment in fitness centre. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable and would return or recommend to others.
