It's an older property but it worked good for us. Only downside was there were no towels in the bathrooms. We found them in the dryer. And there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the showers as advertised.

Ok cleanliness. Right next to pool

If you are a night owl and want to be at the pool until 10 pm making a lot of noise, this property is perfect for you. If you are a morning person and want to go to bed early and not be bothered by lots of pool noise, this is probably not a great property for you. Cleanliness was just ok. Mostly good but could use a deep clean.

Right next to the pool

Las Palma’s is a great place to stay. This property is right next to the family pool. It is larger and has more room than most of the condos in las Palma’s.

This is the nicest place in Las Palmas

What a great vacation place. We had a 1 and 3 year old so they loved having the pool and playground in the backyard. Also the owners had sand toys which we forgot. I like the little amenities like you left some spices and vegetable oil, laundry soap and a few other essentials we forgot . Plenty of room, Also loved the huge fenced in back patio for the little ones who loved playing out there. Plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans and a nice grill. Definitely want to come back.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was clean and had really comfortable beds. The pools and other amenities were so fun and right next to the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay with some hiccups

The condo was super accommodating for our stay in St. George in late August 2019. It was VERY hot (expected) and the pools were freezing cold (almost to the point you could not get in them) but still refreshing after you finally got used to it. The condo was exactly as listed which was great! We did get a text on our drive in informing us the water would be shut off the entire next day which is out of the owners control but Im pretty sure they did not receive that info at 8 pm the night before it was being shut off for the entire next day... so we had to work around that. A couple days into our stay a random guy used the door code to open our front door and walk in. He claimed to be the owners brother and just wanted to borrow the pool key. This bothered me immensely. I believe that had we not been home, he would have helped himself to the key and just returned it before we got back... so that gets you questioning who is actually in the unit when you're not.... Overall we really did enjoy our visit in this condo I just think that intrusion really put a bad taste in my mouth. We paid good money to stay there, there should NEVER be a misunderstanding as to whether the unit is occupied or not and NOBODY should have the code to get in except the owner and the renters.

Good, not Great!

The stay overall was good. Great location to the pools and a large patio were definite pluses, as was the check in/check out process. I do have a few criticisms though. The rental on the surface seemed clean, but definitely needs some attention. I was sitting on the floor with my 4 year old playing and could smell a musty/moldy smell coming from the carpets. Carpets need a good deep cleaning or need to be replaced. This smell was also recognized by others with me when the AC would kick on. Dishes were all dirty and needed to be re washed before we used them. In fact the first fork I pulled from the drawer had what looked like nasty, hardened food on it. The rest of the dishes were visibly dirty. Everything in the rental felt surface cleaned, but hasn't been deep cleaned in a while or at least hasn't been cleaned very well. The towels were old and worn, we put them in the wash just so we knew they had been recently washed. When you turn on the water to take a shower or bath there is a very loud high pitched sound that comes from the water heater, I called the property manager and he said as long as it's not leaking it should be fine. Overall this unit, although has nice decor could use some updates and some deep cleaning. Lastly, we had to contact the property manager with a possible issue with our booking and when he spoke to my wife he seemed very irritated and told her the office was closed and to have her email him and he would deal with her the next day. The next day she emailed him and subsequently emailed 3 times with no responses. This being said, I called him during our stay about the water heater noise and he was perfectly pleasant so maybe we caught him at a bad time the first call. All this being said, I stayed in a different unit last year and it was awesome. Recently renovated and very clean. I gave that a 5 star rating. With this unit I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars and its only that high because of the location of the unit and the ease of booking and check in/check out process.

Super comfortable, well appointed and close to pools

Great spaces and nicely appointed. Loved the proximity to the pools and fitness center. Kitchen counters need to be updated from tile countertops, but otherwise it was all great!
