NEWLY UPGRADED Beautiful One Bedroom, One Bath, Sports Village Condo

This clean and relaxing condo is all you need to enjoy beautiful Southern Utah. This condo is beautifully furnished, sleeps four comfortably, with a washer, and dryer, and is close to a large number of activities.

The clubhouse has plenty of activities for your family. It has a family pool and an adult-only pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, play areas for the kids, and shuffleboard.

The condo is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, and running trails.

The condo is a short driving distance to amazing National Parks; Zion and Bryce. Several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn Amphitheatre is within a 15-minute drive of the condo.

This is the perfect affordable place to stay for a weekend baseball tournament plenty of room for the 3 of us plus it has a clubhouse with multiple activities to do if you have spare time

The location is pretty perfect, so easy to get in and out of and nothing was more than a few miles away. The property itself was clean, safe, and the lawn crews worked at minimum twice a week. It's an expansive property but it is well kept! Also, it's split level so third floor is more like 2nd since you go down to get to the first floor after you enter the building. The photos were accurate depictions of the apartment and the kitchen was well-stocked with more than I've ever seen in one of my stays. The host was friendly and quick to respond - the one time I had a question. Proximity to Zion made it easy to arrive by sunrise for an early start to the day. I will look for a reason to return to St. George and would easily stay here again no question.

Hiking trip

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for my husband and I. We traveled to Zion, Kanara Falls, Bryce Canyon to take in the views and do some hiking. We also rented an ATV and explored the dessert, a slot canyon and the Dragons belly! We enjoyed being able to come home and head to the pool to cool off. We appreciated the suggestions for places to dine and tried a few of them. If you like ice cream, try Handles…so good and if you don’t feel like going out, they deliver! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location, pet friendly

Perfect place for the 2 of us and 2 small dogs. Plenty of grass for walking dogs. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We took our bikes and found riding trails easily accessible. Only downfall was the top third floor and no elevator.

Nice property with easy access to St. George and recreation.

Quiet complex with a pool and ample parking. Hiking and mountain biking trail heads within 1 mile of front door. Quick access to I-15. A couple breakfast spots nearby.

Good stop over in St.George

The location was easy to find and close to the freeway. We didn't use any of the amenities, but they had a key for the pool and pickleball equipment available. There were plenty of nice fluffy towels and toiletries. The condo is fairly dated even though it's listed as newly upgraded, especially in the bedroom/bathroom area. There is no closet or dresser in the bedroom, it looks like they took down the doors to where the closet should be. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize it was on the third floor. Lots of steps. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the TV. Very roomy condo. The location was ideal for all our activities. Would like to return sometime for more sightseeing.

Great for families

Lots of great family activities in the main guest house. In the unit there were plenty of towels, blankets, spices, and a few board games. There are only 2 beds, a pull out bed and a queen bed. I misunderstood when it said sleeps 5. The 5th bed was an air mattress. Which was ok. I just wish I would have understood that at wrist.

Great getaway from the northern cold

This cozy property was a great place to settle in to while enjoy the warmer climate of the red rock area, and a place to rest between amazing hikes and state park visits. Its location made it easy to head to Snow Canyon, Santa Clara, and Ivan’s. In addition the extra amenities of pool, hot tub, and lawn sports allowed us some down time while meeting other guests within the complex. This was a great reprieve from the northern cold. Our hosts ensured that pool towels, volleyball, and pickle ball equipments was all there. the kitchen was well equipped with the basics and the living and bedroom areas were well set up for comfort and relaxation. Great location, great place, and great fun.
